{"id":9887,"date":"2023-06-21T23:26:03","date_gmt":"2023-06-22T02:26:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9887"},"modified":"2023-06-21T23:30:24","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T02:30:24","slug":"abigeato-nogoya-realizo-allanamientos-con-resultados-positivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9887","title":{"rendered":"ABIGEATO NOGOY\u00c1 REALIZ\u00d3 ALLANAMIENTOS CON RESULTADOS POSITIVO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la fecha se llevaron a cabo procedimientos en relaci\u00f3n a actuaciones policiales iniciadas en fecha 20\/06\/2023, por el supuesto delito de ABIGEATO en perjuicio de la Firma Etchevere S.R.L., llevando a cabo allanamientos y requisas domiciliarias en dos domicilios de la localidad de General Ram\u00edrez, ordenados por el Juzgado de Transici\u00f3n y Garant\u00edas del Dpto. Diamante, con resultado POSITIVO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ALLANAMIENTO-ABIGEATO1-e1687400905889.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9890\" width=\"177\" height=\"169\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En uno de ellos, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de 120 kg. de cortes c\u00e1rnicos vacunos, una sierra con restos de carne, una escopeta calibre 20, cartucher\u00eda, municiones, elementos de recarga, y fueron hallados restos de huesos frescos descarnados, coincidentes con el animal faenado que se hiciera menci\u00f3n en la denuncia radicada por el damnificado, adem\u00e1s de elementos utilizados para ello, debiendo ser detenido un ciudadano de 22 a\u00f1os de edad, morador del domicilio, por entorpecer el procedimiento, siendo trasladado a la Jefatura Departamental Diamante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ALLANAMIENTO-ABIGEATO-e1687400941453.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9891\" width=\"271\" height=\"203\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En otro procedimiento realizado se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de una sierra carnicera y aproximadamente 60 kg. de cortes bovinos con restos de tierra y pasto. En relaci\u00f3n al mismo hecho, y por informaci\u00f3n surgida de estos procedimientos, se realizaron diligencias complementarias en otro domicilio de la misma localidad, donde se secuestraron cartuchos calibre 12 sin percutar y 10 kg. de costes bovinos varios, siendo un total aproximado a los 140kg de carne vacuna secuestrada, coincidentes con el animal faenado en la v\u00edspera, quedando imputados del delito de Abigeato Agravado tres personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las diligencias se llevaron a cabo en la localidad de General Ram\u00edrez, con participaci\u00f3n de Personal de esa Comisar\u00eda, Comisaria Aranguren, Brigada Abigeato Nogoy\u00e1 y Personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Criminal\u00edstica Nogoy\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la fecha se llevaron a cabo procedimientos en relaci\u00f3n a actuaciones policiales iniciadas en fecha 20\/06\/2023, por el supuesto&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9889,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,350],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-9887","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-policiales","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
