Nogoy\u00e1 realizo un procedimiento logrando la detenci\u00f3n de un masculino de 34 a\u00f1os, domiciliado en la ciudad de Victoria por el delito de ESTAFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/DETENIDO-ESTAVA-NOG-VICT.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9876\" width=\"238\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/DETENIDO-ESTAVA-NOG-VICT.jpeg 962w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/DETENIDO-ESTAVA-NOG-VICT-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/DETENIDO-ESTAVA-NOG-VICT-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Siendo la hora 19 aproximadamente, personal policial de la divisi\u00f3n Investigaciones entrevist\u00f3 a una femenina de 34 a\u00f1os, quien hab\u00eda sido v\u00edctima de una estafa, habiendo transferido en el d\u00eda 10 mil pesos como se\u00f1a de alquiler de una vivienda en esta ciudad, transacci\u00f3n con un masculino con quien en continuo contacto y le segu\u00eda solicitando 10 mil pesos m\u00e1s, por lo cual, previo usar el ardid, personal de investigaciones mont\u00f3 un operativo pactando un lugar de encuentro con el individuo para retirar el dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al hacerse presente en calle Contin y Belgrano a buscar el dinero en efectivo, fue abordado y demorado por personal policial, por el delito de Estafa en Flagrancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/SECUESTRO-ESTAFA.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9877\" width=\"253\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/SECUESTRO-ESTAFA.jpeg 542w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/SECUESTRO-ESTAFA-283x300.jpeg 283w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Comunicado con la Unidad Fiscal en turno, se dispuso el alojamiento del masculino de 34 a\u00f1os de edad con domicilio en la ciudad de Victoria, en alcald\u00eda de Jefatura Dptal. Nogoy\u00e1 por el delito antes mencionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de dinero en efectivo y un tel\u00e9fono celular.
