{"id":9502,"date":"2022-10-21T19:25:47","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T22:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9502"},"modified":"2022-10-21T19:25:48","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T22:25:48","slug":"suspendieron-por-6-fechas-a-los-simpatizantes-de-25-de-mayo-de-nogoya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9502","title":{"rendered":"SUSPENDIERON POR 6 FECHAS A LOS SIMPATIZANTES DE 25 DE MAYO DE NOGOY\u00c1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mediante un comunicado remitido a los medios, la departamental de polic\u00eda de Nogoy\u00e1, impuso medidas restrictivas para con los simpatizantes del Club 25 de mayo de Nogoy\u00e1 por los Actos y conductas impropias suscitados que incitan a la Violencia en Espect\u00e1culos Deportivos\u00a0 conforme a Ley Nacional 23.184 modificada por Ley 24.192 \u201cR\u00e9gimen Penal y Contravencional para la prevenci\u00f3n y represi\u00f3n de la violencia en espect\u00e1culos deportivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EL COMUNICADO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A ra\u00edz de los incidentes ocurridos en fecha 16 de octubre de 2022 en el encuentro futbol\u00edstico llevado a cabo en el Estadio El Pinar Del Club 25 de Mayo que oficiara de local y el Club Roma como visitante por la Fecha 9 de la Zona 3, en el Torneo ENOHSA 2022 de la UDL \u2013 Copa CMR Sport. Mediante RESOLUCI\u00d3N J.D.N. \u2013 S.S.D. N\u00b0 03\/2022, se&nbsp;<strong>DISPUSO<\/strong>&nbsp;el inicio de expediente administrativo C\/ Protagonistas y Simpatizantes del Club Atl\u00e9tico y Deportivo Roma y C\/ Simpatizantes del Club Social y Deportivo 25 de Mayo por los Actos y conductas impropias suscitados que incitan a la Violencia en Espect\u00e1culos Deportivos&nbsp; conforme a Ley Nacional 23.184 modificada por Ley 24.192 \u201cR\u00e9gimen Penal y Contravencional para la prevenci\u00f3n y represi\u00f3n de la violencia en espect\u00e1culos deportivos\u201d. IMPONIENDOSE MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>siendo las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La no concurrencia con sus simpatizantes cuando oficie de visitante el Club 25 de Mayo, permiti\u00e9ndose el Ingreso de 20 protocolares y lista de buena fe para jugadores y cuerpo t\u00e9cnico dentro del campo de juego, por el t\u00e9rmino de seis (6) fechas. Debiendo adem\u00e1s, cuando oficie de local abonar el servicio completo de adicionales que demande el operativo de seguridad por el t\u00e9rmino de seis (6) fechas, aplicables a las jornadas que se disputen partidos de Primera Divisi\u00f3n en la Uni\u00f3n Deportiva de Liga<\/strong>s.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La no concurrencia con sus simpatizantes cuando oficie de visitante el Club Deportivo Roma, permiti\u00e9ndose el Ingreso de\u00a020 protocolares y lista de buena fe para jugadores y cuerpo t\u00e9cnico dentro del campo de juego, por el termino de seis (6) fechas. Debiendo, adem\u00e1s, cuando oficie de local abonar el servicio completo de adicionales que demande el operativo de seguridad por el t\u00e9rmino de seis (6) fechas.
