{"id":9404,"date":"2022-07-29T18:26:42","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T21:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9404"},"modified":"2022-07-29T18:26:43","modified_gmt":"2022-07-29T21:26:43","slug":"se-conformo-una-mesa-interinstitucional-para-abordar-temas-de-la-justicia-entrerriana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=9404","title":{"rendered":"SE CONFORM\u00d3 UNA MESA INTERINSTITUCIONAL PARA ABORDAR TEMAS DE LA JUSTICIA ENTRERRIANA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda convoc\u00f3 a distintos actores de la vida democr\u00e1tica de la provincia para fortalecer el funcionamiento de las instituciones, trabajar cuestiones en las \u00faltimas leyes sancionadas en el marco del respeto de la Constituci\u00f3n Provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro, se acord\u00f3 crear un Observatorio que sirva como herramienta para resolver los conflictos que se suscitan en nuestra sociedad, mejorar la calidad de vida, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n a contribuir a la mayor inclusi\u00f3n de todas, todos, entrerrianas y entrerrianos, a la mayor cantidad y calidad de derechos y garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa de la conformaci\u00f3n de esta Mesa Interinstitucional surgi\u00f3 del Instituto Derecho Penal, Procesal Penal y Criminolog\u00eda del CAER. Participaron del primer encuentro, la vicegobernadora<strong>&nbsp;Laura Stratta<\/strong>, la presidenta del Superior Tribunal de Justicia,&nbsp;<strong>Susana Medina<\/strong>, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1ngel Giano,<\/strong>&nbsp;el presidente del Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda,&nbsp;<strong>Alejandro Canavesio<\/strong>&nbsp;y el presidente del Instituto Derecho Penal, Procesal Penal y Criminolog\u00eda del CAER,<strong>&nbsp;Miguel \u00c1ngel Cullen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El espacio convocar\u00e1 a los distintos estamentos de los poderes ejecutivo, legislativo, y judicial, a instituciones afines, tales como Ministerio de la Defensa, Ministerio Fiscal, y Asociaci\u00f3n de Magistrados para funcionar como plataforma colaborativa entre los distintos actores del sistema de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el intercambio de experiencias sobre buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la implementaci\u00f3n de esas directrices y recomendaciones, se busca motivar el inter\u00e9s del Poder Judicial y del Poder Legislativo para a adoptar v\u00edas y procesos que contribuyan a consolidar el efecto \u00fatil y la efectividad para el acceso a la justicia y la tutela judicial efectiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda convoc\u00f3 a distintos actores de la vida democr\u00e1tica de la provincia para fortalecer el funcionamiento&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9405,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,69,349],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9404","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-noticias","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
