El proyecto es de autor\u00eda de la senadora Claudia Gieco y la coautor\u00eda de su par Nancy Miranda y los senadores Armando Gay y Jorge Maradey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>REUNI\u00d3N CONJUNTA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/SENADO-COMISION.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9271\" width=\"274\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/SENADO-COMISION.jpg 529w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/SENADO-COMISION-244x300.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera conjunta se reunieron este martes las comisiones de Legislaci\u00f3n General que preside la senadora Claudia Gieco (Diamante- Frente Justicialista), y de Salud P\u00fablica y Drogadicci\u00f3n que encabeza su par Nancy Miranda (Federal- Frente Justicialista).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro se dio tratamiento y dictamen favorable al expediente N\u00b014.145, por el que se regula la fabricaci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de productos m\u00e9dicos en todo el territorio de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos. El proyecto de ley es de autor\u00eda de la senadora Claudia Gieco y la coautor\u00eda de la senadora Nancy Miranda y los senadores Armando Gay (Concordia- Frente Justicialista) y Jorge Maradey (Gualeguaych\u00fa- Frente Justicialista).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la reuni\u00f3n participaron como invitados Javier Elgadban, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Bioingenieros del Colegio de Ingenieros Especialistas de Entre R\u00edos y Romina Gudi\u00f1o, secretaria de la Comisi\u00f3n de Bioingenieros del Colegio de Ingenieros Especialistas de Entre R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>LEGISLACI\u00d3N GENERAL<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n General, encabezada por la senadora Claudia Gieco, dio tratamiento a tres expedientes, en los que dictamin\u00f3 de manera favorable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Expediente N\u00b0 24.901, por el que se autoriza al Superior Gobierno de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos a aceptar el ofrecimiento de donaci\u00f3n formulado por el Municipio de Villa Hernandarias con la afectaci\u00f3n al Consejo General de Educaci\u00f3n (CGE), Partida Provincial N\u00ba220364.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Expediente N\u00b0 24.498, por el que se declara Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico-Cultural de la Provincia, el inmueble sito en Alameda de la Bajada s\/n de Villa Urquiza, Departamento Paran\u00e1, donde funciona el Museo Hist\u00f3rico Regional \u00abCasa Ace\u00f1olaza\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
