El Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal de Crespo dispuso, mediante Decreto N\u00ba 169\/2022, que el uso del barbijo\/tapaboca sea optativo en los espacios cerrados con acceso de p\u00fablico, tales como comercios, consultorios, salones y dem\u00e1s salones o espacios sujetos a habilitaci\u00f3n y\/o contralor municipal<\/strong>, y en tanto no se modifique la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La flexibilizaci\u00f3n consiste en la recomendaci\u00f3n del uso del barbijo\/tapabocas, resultando optativo para todos los habitantes de la ciudad de Crespo. La medida se dispone en el contexto sanitario actual que refleja un descenso en los casos diarios respecto a diciembre de 2021 y ser\u00e1 viable en tanto no se modifique la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo tanto el Dec. N\u00ba 169\/2022 deja sin efecto el Decreto N\u00ba 055\/2020 de fecha 15 de abril de 2020, por medio del cual se hab\u00eda dispuesto el uso obligatorio del barbijo\/tapa boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La disposici\u00f3n se toma en vista al an\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n de estado sanitario y epidemiol\u00f3gico de la ciudad de Crespo, en relaci\u00f3n a la enfermedad por el coronavirus \u2018Covid-19\u2019, por parte del Comit\u00e9 Local de Emergencia Sanitaria Crespo (CLESC), y de la Oficina de Estad\u00edstica Municipal, ante la ca\u00edda de los contagios de la enfermedad Infecciosa causada por el virus SARS-CoV-2 y la mejora de la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria por el avance del plan de vacunaci\u00f3n en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 NOTA A LA MINISTRA DE SALUD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde el DEM tambi\u00e9n se envi\u00f3 una nota a Sonia Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong> (ministra de Salud de Entre R\u00edos), con el Decreto N\u00ba 169\/2022, explicando que \u201cla norma va dirigida solo a aquellos espacios donde la Municipalidad de Crespo tiene competencia regulatoria. Por lo tanto no tiene alcance en establecimientos educativos de nivel primario, medio y superior dependiente del Gobierno Provincial. Por lo que solicitamos se revise la obligatoriedad del uso de barbijo en los establecimientos educativos\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nota est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por los expedientes ingresados al municipio, desde donde se solicita se deje sin efecto la normativa vigente que regula el uso obligatorio del barbijo en los establecimientos educativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 LOS ART\u00cdCULOS DEL DECRETO 169\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.1\u00ba.- D\u00e9jese sin efecto el Decreto N\u00ba 055\/2020 de fecha 15 de Abril de 2020, por medio del cual se dispuso el uso obligatorio del Barbijo \/ Tapa Boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 2\u00ba.- Recomi\u00e9ndese el uso del Barbijo \/ Tapa Boca para todos los habitantes de la ciudad de Crespo, en los espacios cerrados con acceso de p\u00fablico, tales como comercios, consultorios, salones y dem\u00e1s salones o espacios sujetos a habilitaci\u00f3n y\/o contralor municipal, y en tanto no se modifique la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 3.- Fac\u00faltese a los propietarios de comercios, consultorios, oficinas p\u00fablicas y privadas; y cualquier lugar donde se realice la prestaci\u00f3n de bienes y\/o servicios, a disponer su uso obligatorio si lo consideran conveniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 4\u00ba.- Recomi\u00e9ndese mantener las medidas de cuidado como el uso del alcohol en gel, la distancia entre personas, la ventilaci\u00f3n de los espacios cerrados y los testeos siempre que sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 5\u00ba.- Disp\u00f3nese que el presente entrar\u00e1 en vigencia a partir de las 00 del d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de marzo de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 6\u00ba.- P\u00e1sese copia del  presente Decreto a la A. F. y T., al \u00c1rea de Prevenci\u00f3n y Seguridad Urbana, a la Comisario de la Ciudad de Crespo, a  sus efectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 7\u00ba.- Disp\u00f3nese que el presente ser\u00e1 refrendado por el Secretario de Econom\u00eda, Hacienda y Producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
