{"id":8508,"date":"2021-07-19T19:25:28","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T22:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=8508"},"modified":"2021-07-19T19:25:29","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T22:25:29","slug":"el-gobierno-formalizo-el-reconocimiento-de-aportes-por-tareas-de-cuidado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=8508","title":{"rendered":"EL GOBIERNO FORMALIZ\u00d3 EL RECONOCIMIENTO DE APORTES POR TAREAS DE CUIDADO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del <strong>Decreto 475\/2021<\/strong>, la ANSES oficializ\u00f3 hoy\u00a0el\u00a0<em><strong>Programa Integral de Reconocimiento de Per\u00edodos de Aportes por Tareas de Cuidado<\/strong><\/em>, que establece que las mujeres y personas gestantes podr\u00e1n sumar de uno a tres a\u00f1os de servicios computables para su jubilaci\u00f3n por cada hijo o hija. El anuncio lo hab\u00eda realizado la semana pasada el presidente\u00a0<strong>Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u00a0junto a la directora ejecutiva del organismo previsional,\u00a0<strong>Fernanda Raverta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reconocimiento calcular\u00e1 1 a\u00f1o por hijo o hija que haya nacido con vida, 2 a\u00f1os por hijo o hija adoptado o adoptada siendo menor de edad, a su vez se adicionar\u00e1 1 a\u00f1o por hijo o hija con discapacidad que haya nacido con vida y se incrementar\u00e1 2 a\u00f1os en caso de que haya accedido a una Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH) por 12 meses consecutivos o no. Asimismo, se computar\u00e1n los plazos de licencia por maternidad y de licencia por excedencia de maternidad a las mujeres y\/o personas gestantes que hayan hecho uso de estos per\u00edodos al momento del nacimiento de sus hijos o hijas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RECONOCIMIENTO-APORTES-TAREAS-CUIDADO-1024x573.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RECONOCIMIENTO-APORTES-TAREAS-CUIDADO-1024x573.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RECONOCIMIENTO-APORTES-TAREAS-CUIDADO-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RECONOCIMIENTO-APORTES-TAREAS-CUIDADO-768x430.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RECONOCIMIENTO-APORTES-TAREAS-CUIDADO.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres en edad de jubilarse -con 60 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s-, que sean madres y no cuenten con los 30 a\u00f1os de aportes necesarios para acceder a una jubilaci\u00f3n pueden&nbsp;<strong>desde el 1\u00b0 de agosto<\/strong>&nbsp;solicitar un turno en el sitio web de la ANSES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, las interesadas pueden ingresar a\u00a0<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.gob.ar\/reconocimiento-de-aportes-por-tareas-de-cuidado\" target=\"_blank\">RECONOCIMIENTO DE APORTES POR TAREAS DE CUIDADO<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A qui\u00e9nes les corresponde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mujeres con hijas y\/o hijos, en edad de jubilarse (60 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s) que no cuenten con los a\u00f1os de aportes necesarios.<\/li><li>Podr\u00e1n acceder a esta medida aquellas mujeres que no cuenten con una jubilaci\u00f3n ya otorgada o en tr\u00e1mite.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En qu\u00e9 consiste la medida<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El reconocimiento de aportes por tareas de cuidado computar\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1 a\u00f1o de aportes por hija\/o<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>2 a\u00f1os de aportes por hija\/o adoptada\/o<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, reconocer\u00e1 de forma adicional&nbsp;<strong>1 a\u00f1o por hija\/o con discapacidad<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>2 a\u00f1os en caso de que haya sido beneficiaria\/o de la Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hija\/o<\/strong>&nbsp;por al menos 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se reconocer\u00e1n los plazos de&nbsp;<strong>licencia por maternidad y de excedencia<\/strong>&nbsp;de maternidad a las mujeres que hayan hecho uso de estos per\u00edodos al momento del nacimiento de sus hijos o hijas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida de inclusi\u00f3n es compatible y, de ser necesario, puede complementarse con las moratorias vigentes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.gob.ar\/informacion\/moratorias-previsionales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ley N\u00b0 24.476 y Ley N\u00b0 26.970<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo realizar el tr\u00e1mite<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con turno previo, DNI y la o las partidas de nacimiento de tus hijas o hijos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los turnos estar\u00e1n disponibles a partir del 1 de agosto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ten\u00e9s hijas e hijos con discapacidad, es necesario que lleves el Certificado de Discapacidad (CUD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tus hijas e hijos son adoptados, es necesario presentar la sentencia de adopci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer antes de solicitar el turno?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pod\u00e9s revisar si tus v\u00ednculos familiares est\u00e1n actualizados en mi ANSES.&nbsp;<\/strong>Es muy importante que tus hijas e hijos se encuentren registrados para que puedas realizar este tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde consulto si mis hijos e hijas est\u00e1n registrados?\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/servicioscorp.anses.gob.ar\/clavelogon\/logon.aspx?system=miansesv2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Ingres\u00e1 a mi ANSES<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0con tu CUIL y clave de la seguridad social. Seleccion\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n \u201cInformaci\u00f3n Personal\u201d y luego \u201cRelaciones Familiares\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hago si encuentro que alguna\/o de mis hijas\/os no figura?\u00a0<\/strong>Ten\u00e9s que actualizar tus v\u00ednculos familiares presentando el DNI y la partida de nacimiento de cada uno de tus hijas\/os.
