Marisa Paira<\/strong>, se conform\u00f3 la <strong>Mesa de Primera Infancia,<\/strong> evento encabezado por el presidente municipal <strong>Dr. Rafael Cavagna<\/strong> que se desarroll\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n de usos m\u00faltiples de Punto Digital ubicado en el Centro Integrador Comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ma\u00f1ana de la 88.5 dialogamos con la <strong>Ministra de Desarrollo Social<\/strong> quien se refiri\u00f3 a la conformaci\u00f3n de esta mesa que <em>\u201ctiene como objetivo garantizar los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez y la primera infancia\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - Lic.  MARISA PAIRA - MINISTRA DESARROLLO SOCIAL ER 13\/07\/21\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QrHS3tPsQ3k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cLa mesa permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la articulaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas del Estado provincial desde los diferentes actores del gobierno y tiene por objetivo de disminuir las brechas de inequidad en el acceso a derechos de la ni\u00f1ez en sus primeros a\u00f1os y garantizar los principios de integralidad, corresponsabilidad y universalidad en la atenci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de la provincia\u201d<\/em> manifest\u00f3 Paira<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministra habl\u00f3 sobre el trabajo de la Mesa durante 2020 y la conformaci\u00f3n de hasta ahora cinco mesas en diferentes departamentos de la provincia. <em>\u201cEl trabajo que hemos realizado responde a lo que nuestro gobernador, Gustavo Bordet, ha planteado fuertemente cuando tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de crear esta Mesa, que el primer desaf\u00edo que atraves\u00f3 fue pasar por un a\u00f1o de situaci\u00f3n de emergencia sanitaria, y en ese contexto atender y acompa\u00f1ar la urgencia y, a su vez, plantear la construcci\u00f3n de una mirada integral e interinstitucional para las acciones tendientes a disminuir las brechas de desigualdad en la primera infancia\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cPor un lado se debi\u00f3 trabajar en un rol activo del Estado, trabajando articuladamente sus diferentes niveles, para construir un abordaje integral que pueda dar respuesta ante las situaciones de derechos vulnerados. Estamos convencidos que las acciones y pol\u00edticas que podamos dise\u00f1ar son importantes para que las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os puedan crecer y desarrollarse de forma integral, considerando las caracter\u00edsticas particulares de cada comunidad entrerriana\u00bb<\/em>, subray\u00f3 Paira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar Paira coment\u00f3 que cada municipalidad instrumentar\u00e1 y ser\u00e1 la responsable, a trav\u00e9s de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social, de coordinar las acciones con los dem\u00e1s organismos con el fin de poder efectivizar la diversidad de actores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MESA-INFANCIA.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8491\" width=\"294\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MESA-INFANCIA.jpg 538w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MESA-INFANCIA-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MESA-INFANCIA-95x60.jpg 95w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 294px) 100vw, 294px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En la conformaci\u00f3n de la ciudad estuvieron presentes la vice Intendente Sandra Facello, la Senadora Provincial Dra. Flavia Maidana, el Sub Secretario de Redes Integradas de Servicios de Salud Dr. Guillermo Zanuttini, la Sub Secretaria de Desarrollo Humano y Pol\u00edticas del Cuidado del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social Provincial, Muriel Stablum, la Sub Secretaria de Desarrollo Social municipal Lic.
