El diputado provincial, Nicol\u00e1s Mattiauda<\/strong> (Pro-Cambiemos), asegur\u00f3 que quien ocupe la vocal\u00eda del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ), en reemplazo de Emilio Castrill\u00f3n, \u201cno debe responder a los intereses de la gesti\u00f3n de turno\u201d <\/em>y plante\u00f3 que \u201ces una nueva oportunidad\u201d <\/em>para que el Ejecutivo demuestre que \u201cno tiene injerencia en el Poder Judicial\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para el legislador de Gualeguaych\u00fa, el lugar vacante por la jubilaci\u00f3n expr\u00e9s de Castrill\u00f3n \u201cno debe ser ocupado por alguien vinculado directamente a la gesti\u00f3n actual\u201d<\/em>, sino que el gobernador, Gustavo Bordet, \u201cdispone de un momento oportuno para demostrar con hechos la apertura que en sus discursos dice tener\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi el Ejecutivo impone al reemplazante de Castrill\u00f3n dejar\u00eda en clara evidencia su intenci\u00f3n de sumar poder y de esa manera no solo tendr\u00e1 el control sobre la Justicia, sino sobre todas las \u00e1reas y organismos del Estado\u201d<\/em>, advirti\u00f3 Mattiauda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y remarc\u00f3 que \u201ces una oportunidad para Entre R\u00edos\u201d<\/em><\/strong> que el gobernador demuestre \u201cun gesto de amplitud y participaci\u00f3n de todos los sectores\u201d<\/em> al proponer a una persona que no sea de su espacio para ocupar el cargo de Vocal del STJ. \u201cA Bordet se le presenta una situaci\u00f3n ideal para demostrar que no tiene injerencia en el Poder Judicial\u201d<\/em>, dijo el diputado del Pro integrante del interbloque Cambiemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, y en sinton\u00eda con la propuesta p\u00fablica efectuada por el Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda, Mattiauda destac\u00f3 que el reemplazo de Castrill\u00f3n \u201ctambi\u00e9n es una oportunidad para considerar a quienes actualmente ejercen la profesi\u00f3n libremente y no forman parte de ninguna estructura pol\u00edtica\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otro lado el diputado provincial Gustavo Cusinato <\/strong>(UCR-Cambiemos) se pronunci\u00f3 al respecto desde su perfil de facebook con un duro escrito en el que cuestiona no solo el accionar del ex vocal del STJ sino tambi\u00e9n la rapidez con la que fue tramitada su jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No salimos de nuestro asombro, seguramente como tantos, de conocer que en apenas una semana le fue otorgada la jubilaci\u00f3n al vocal del Superior Tribunal de Justicia Emilio Castrill\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los integrantes del bloque de Diputados Cambiemos<\/strong> consideramos que esta decisi\u00f3n es realmente una burla para todos los entrerrianos que, estando en condiciones de jubilarse, tienen que esperar m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o para que les otorguen el beneficio. El vocal tiene habilitado por la C\u00e1mara el proceso de juicio pol\u00edtico por episodios de violencia en la ciudad de La Paz y en su \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin dudas el gobernador y su partido  no quieren ahora hacerse responsables ni asumir el costo pol\u00edtico de la designaci\u00f3n de Castrill\u00f3n, que se realiz\u00f3 en la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Jorge Busti cuando Sergio Urribarri y Gustavo Bordet eran ministros de su gabinete, y  a pesar de las varias impugnaciones que ten\u00eda su pliego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como diputados de todos los entrerrianos nos han confiado la responsabilidad de controlar y acusar eventualmente ante el Senado a las m\u00e1ximas autoridades provinciales. Por eso no podemos dejar de expresar nuestra indignaci\u00f3n y rechazo ante actos como este que sustraen una competencia de la Legislatura y violentando en consecuencia lo que es un mandato constitucional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
