El encuentro, presidido por la vicegobernadora y presidenta del Senado, Laura Stratta, se desarroll\u00f3 en el recinto de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de Entre R\u00edos, para poder garantizar el distanciamiento necesario en el marco de las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n por el Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el debate legislativo, las y los senadores aprobaron el proyecto de ley de autor\u00eda del diputado \u00c1ngel Giano y de las diputadas Mariana Farf\u00e1n, Silvia del Carmen Moreno, Estefan\u00eda Cora, Carina Ramos, Carmen Toller y Paola Rubattino en revisi\u00f3n, por el que se establece la capacitaci\u00f3n obligatoria en la tem\u00e1tica de g\u00e9nero y violencia contra las mujeres, conforme las disposiciones de la Ley Nacional N\u00ba 27.499 (Ley Micaela) y Ley provincial N\u00ba 10.768, para la totalidad de autoridades y personal que se desempe\u00f1e en las entidades deportivas de la provincia. Expediente N\u00ba 13.895.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n de este mi\u00e9rcoles se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de ley de autor\u00eda de la diputada Stefan\u00eda Cora y del diputado Juan Pablo Cosso en revisi\u00f3n, por el que se instituye el d\u00eda 21 de mayo como D\u00eda de los\/as afroentrerrianos\/as y la Cultura afrolitorale\u00f1a, en conmemoraci\u00f3n de Mar\u00eda Francisca Lencinas, primera afroentrerriana registrada por los documentos escritos conservados en la provincia de Entre R\u00edos. Expediente N\u00ba 24.292.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOBRE TABLAS&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las y los senadores aprobaron sobre tablas los siguientes proyectos:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa de ley de autor\u00eda del diputado Sergio Castrill\u00f3n y de los diputados Juan Manuel Huss, Julio Solanas, Leonardo Silva, Mariano Rebord y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Kramer y de las diputadas Carina Ramos, Silvia del Carmen Moreno, Mariana Farf\u00e1n y Vanesa Castillo en revisi\u00f3n, por el que la provincia adhiere a la Ley Nacional N\u00ba 27.411. Convenio sobre Ciberdelito del Consejo de Europa, adoptado en la ciudad de Budapest (Hungr\u00eda) el 23 de noviembre de 2001-. (N\u00ba 19.885 M.E.). Expediente N\u00ba 24.747<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de Ley de autor\u00eda del diputado \u00c1ngel Giano en revisi\u00f3n, por el que se autoriza al Superior Gobierno de Entre R\u00edos a aceptar el ofrecimiento de donaci\u00f3n formulada por el Municipio de la ciudad de Concordia, del inmueble con destino al establecimiento Educativo \u201cEscuela N\u00ba 53 San Mart\u00edn\u201d. (N\u00ba 19.875 M.E.) Expediente N\u00ba 24.755.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de ley de autor\u00eda de la diputada Carina Ramos y de los diputados Juan Pablo Cosso, Juli\u00e1n Maneiro y Esteban Vitor en revisi\u00f3n, por el que se modifica el Art\u00edculo 159\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 10.027- Org\u00e1nica de Municipios-.(N\u00ba 19.884 M.E.). Expediente N\u00ba 24.756.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de ley de autor\u00eda de la diputada Vanesa Castillo en revisi\u00f3n, por el que la provincia adhiere en todo sus t\u00e9rminos a la Ley Nacional N\u00ba 26.691- que declara sitios de Memoria del Terrorismo de Estado, a los lugares que funcionaron como centros clandestinos de detenci\u00f3n, tortura y exterminio, durante el terrorismo de Estado ejercido en el pa\u00eds desde el 24 de marzo de 1976 hasta el 10 de diciembre de 1983-. Expediente N\u00ba 24.767.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de ley de autor\u00eda de la diputada Silvia Moreno en revisi\u00f3n, por el que se autoriza al Superior Gobierno de la Provincia a aceptar el ofrecimiento de donaci\u00f3n formulado por la Municipalidad de San Jos\u00e9 de Feliciano, de un terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de la Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer y la Familia.
