{"id":8029,"date":"2021-03-31T19:56:03","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T22:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=8029"},"modified":"2021-03-31T19:56:06","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T22:56:06","slug":"denuncia-penal-contra-la-ministra-velazquez-y-el-intendente-piaggio-por-la-vacunacion-de-privilegio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=8029","title":{"rendered":"DENUNCIA PENAL CONTRA LA MINISTRA VEL\u00c1ZQUEZ Y EL INTENDENTE PIAGGIO POR LA VACUNACI\u00d3N DE PRIVILEGIO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El diputado Nicol\u00e1s Mattiauda promovi\u00f3 una denuncia penal contra la funcionaria de salud Sonia Vel\u00e1zquez &nbsp;y el intendente de Gualeguaych\u00fa, Esteban Mart\u00edn Piaggio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cumplimiento a lo manifestado luego de la interpelaci\u00f3n a la ministra de Salud, por entender que esta no respondi\u00f3 satisfactoriamente a las preguntas realizadas respecto a ciertos privilegios en el proceso de vacunaci\u00f3n en la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador hizo la presentaci\u00f3n este mi\u00e9rcoles al mediod\u00eda en el Juzgado Federal de Gualeguaych\u00fa, a cargo de Hern\u00e1n Viri, con el objetivo de que se \u201cinvestigue la presunta comisi\u00f3n de delitos de acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d en la ejecuci\u00f3n del \u201cPlan Estrat\u00e9gico para la vacunaci\u00f3n contra la covid-19 en la Rep\u00fablica Argentina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia penal, que tambi\u00e9n lleva la firma del concejal de Gualeguaych\u00fa, Pablo Echandi, busca que se investiguen las \u201cconductas antijur\u00eddicas objeto de reproche\u201d por parte de los mencionados funcionarios y del secretario de Desarrollo Social, Ambiente y Salud de la Municipalidad de Gualeguaych\u00fa, Mart\u00edn Roberto Piaggio, que pueden contemplarse en las figuras de \u201cviolaci\u00f3n de las medidas adoptadas por las autoridades competentes, para impedir la introducci\u00f3n o propagaci\u00f3n de una epidemia, abuso de autoridad y violaci\u00f3n de los deberes de funcionario p\u00fablico, tr\u00e1fico de influencias, malversaci\u00f3n de caudales p\u00fablicos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en la violaci\u00f3n de la Ley de \u00c9tica P\u00fablica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de Vel\u00e1zquez, se la incluye por ser \u201cla m\u00e1xima responsable del \u00e1rea de Salud\u201d de Entre R\u00edos, y por ende \u201cde la administraci\u00f3n de las distintas vacunas en el territorio\u201d provincial.
