{"id":7860,"date":"2021-02-23T20:55:47","date_gmt":"2021-02-23T23:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=7860"},"modified":"2021-02-23T20:56:16","modified_gmt":"2021-02-23T23:56:16","slug":"autorizaron-aumentos-de-hasta-75-para-internet-tv-cable-y-telefonia-fija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=7860","title":{"rendered":"AUTORIZARON AUMENTOS DE HASTA 7,5% PARA INTERNET, TV CABLE Y TELEFON\u00cdA FIJA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la resoluci\u00f3n, el Enacom asegur\u00f3 <em>que \u00abconvalidar pretensiones de incrementos excesivas generar\u00eda que los usuarios se vean obligados a soportar un precio de servicio que los pudiera tornar inaccesibles\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno autoriz\u00f3 hoy aumentos de <strong>hasta el 7,5% para los servicios de Internet<\/strong>, televisi\u00f3n por cable y telefon\u00eda fija, que empezar\u00e1n a regir en marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 204\/2021 del Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (Enacom), publicada este martes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, se estableci\u00f3 que las licenciatarias de Servicios de <strong>Telefon\u00eda Fija (STF)<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n incrementar el valor de sus precios minoristas en marzo de 2021 <strong>\u00aben hasta un 5%\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, las prestadoras de internet tendr\u00e1n el siguiente esquema de incrementos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Planes que ofrecen hasta 50 Mbps de velocidad de bajada, Segmento Hogar, de prestadores de SVA-INT con menos de 100 mil accesos totales: hasta un 7%.<\/li><li>Planes que ofrecen hasta 50 Mbps de velocidad de bajada, Segmento Hogar, de prestadores de SVA-INT con 100 mil accesos totales o m\u00e1s: hasta un 5%.<\/li><li>Planes que ofrecen 50 Mbps o m\u00e1s de velocidad de bajada, Segmento Hogar: hasta un 7,5%.<\/li><li>Planes Corporativos: hasta un 7,5%.<\/li><li>Para los abonos de televisi\u00f3n por cable residenciales, el cronograma de aumentos ser\u00e1:<\/li><li>Planes ofrecidos por prestadores de Servicios de Radiodifusi\u00f3n por Suscripci\u00f3n mediante V\u00ednculo F\u00edsico o Radioel\u00e9ctrico (SRSVFR) con menos de 100.000 accesos totales: hasta un 7%.<\/li><li>Planes ofrecidos por prestadores de SRSVFR con 100 mil accesos totales o m\u00e1s: hasta un 5%.<\/li><li>Planes o paquetes de servicios digitales de se\u00f1ales a demanda y otros adicionales \u00abPremium\u00bb: hasta un 7,5%. Por su parte, el ajuste para los servicios de televisi\u00f3n satelital qued\u00f3 determinado de la siguiente manera:<\/li><li>Hasta cinco por ciento para prestadoras con menos de 200 canales, 7,5% para prestadoras de 200 o m\u00e1s canales y de hasta un 7,5% en el caso de planes o paquetes de servicios digitales de se\u00f1ales a demanda y otros adicionales \u00abPremium\u00bb.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui\u00e9nes pueden aplicarlo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Enacom<\/strong> aclar\u00f3 que los incrementos autorizados <em>\u00abs\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n ser aplicados por aquellas Licenciatarias que hubiesen cumplimentado las disposiciones en las que se permitieron las anteriores actualizaciones tarifarias\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El organismo asegur\u00f3 que <em>\u00abconvalidar pretensiones de incrementos excesivas generar\u00eda que los usuarios se vean obligados a soportar un precio de servicio que los pudiera tornar inaccesibles\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abAdmitir un precio irrazonable implicar\u00eda una afectaci\u00f3n a una gran parte de la sociedad, perjudicando su accesibilidad y los derechos fundamentales que las TIC en general permiten satisfacer, m\u00e1xime durante la pandemia, donde ha quedado demostrado cabalmente que s\u00f3lo a trav\u00e9s del uso de tales tecnolog\u00edas fue posible esa satisfacci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de 2020, el Gobierno hab\u00eda congelado el precio de los servicios de telecomunicaciones y prohibido el corte por falta de pago, en el marco de las restricciones impuestas por la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: ElOnce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la resoluci\u00f3n, el Enacom asegur\u00f3 que \u00abconvalidar pretensiones de incrementos excesivas generar\u00eda que los usuarios se vean obligados a&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7861,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,69],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7860","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
