Desde el Dpto. de Prensa de la Jefatura Departamental de Gualeguay , dieron a conocer los hechos mas preponderantes que se puedan dar a conocer en forma p\u00fablica sin comprometer la identidad de las personas y\/o transgredir disposiciones legales vigentes, acaecidas en el \u00e1mbito jurisdiccional durante los \u00faltimos d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALLANAMIENTO EN BARRIO PLAN EVITA \u201cLEY 23.737\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

SE SECUESTRAN MAS DE 160 PORROS
<\/strong>Alrededor de las 16:30 horas, personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Toxicolog\u00eda daba inicio a una diligencia de allanamiento, en el marco de la ley 27.737, en el Barrio Plan Evita, donde luego de m\u00e1s de dos horas de trabajo se secuestraron:
*- 162 porros, arrojando un peso de 87 gramos.
*- 1 picador de metal
*- Restos de sustancia estupefaciente marihuana.
*- 2 paquetes de papel para armar cigarrillos
*- 1 tel\u00e9fono celular
*- Dinero en efectivo por un total de $3500 (pesos tres mil quinientos).
En el lugar se identificaron dos personas mayores de edad, una femenina y un masculino de 26 a\u00f1os de edad, el cual qued\u00f3 detenido a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado en turno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SINIESTRO VIAL EN RUTA 12
<\/strong>Pasadas las 14:00 horas de este jueves, personal de comisaria primera interviene en un siniestro vial en Ruta N\u00b0 12 entre calle 19 y 21, donde por causas que se tratan de establecer, colisionan una camioneta tipo furg\u00f3n Citro\u00ebn Berlingo, conducida por un masculino de 69 a\u00f1os de edad, y una motocicleta Motomel B110, conducida por un masculino de 27 a\u00f1os, quien fue derivado al nosocomio local con lesiones de car\u00e1cter graves ya que result\u00f3 con fractura de mano derecha, y varios cortes en cuero cabelludo, en el lugar toma intervenci\u00f3n Criminal\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MOTOCICLETA RECUPERADA
<\/strong>En horas de la tarde, se hace presente en comisaria primera un masculino mayor de edad, quien manifestaba que durante la madrugada le habr\u00edan sustra\u00eddo su motocicleta de 110 cc, la cual hab\u00eda sido dejada estacionada en el patio de su vivienda, lugar que no posee ninguna medida de seguridad. All\u00ed se encontr\u00f3 con la novedad que la misma hab\u00eda sido recuperada por los uniformados durante la madrugada a la altura de calle Micaela Quintana y Coronel Here\u00f1\u00fa, donde hab\u00eda sido abandonada por unos j\u00f3venes, al advertir la presencia de los mismos. Comunicado el Agente Fiscal en turno se procede a hacer entrega del rodado en cuesti\u00f3n al denunciante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DETENIDO POR INTENTAR ARREBATAR UN CELULAR A UN MENOR
<\/strong>21:30 horas, personal de comisaria primera, trasladan desde Continuaci\u00f3n Coronel Correa y Micaela Quintana a un masculino de 19 a\u00f1os de edad, ya que el mismo hab\u00eda intentado sustraer un tel\u00e9fono celular a un menor de edad, d\u00e1ndose a la fuga por continuaci\u00f3n de calle 9 de Julio hacia el Este, en donde personal del GEPER inicia un seguimiento del mismo mientras le daba la voz de alto, a lo que hac\u00eda caso omiso, siendo interceptado en el interior del barrio Islas Malvinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRES APREHENDIDOS POR TENTATIVA DE ROBO
<\/strong>Durante la madrugada este viernes, personal policial traslada desde calle interna del Barrio 20 viviendas a tres masculinos, dos de ellos menores de edad, quienes andaban en los patios vecinos intentando ingresar a los domicilios, habiendo roto los vidrios de una puerta trasera de uno de ellos, y sustra\u00eddo partes de una moto all\u00ed estacionada.
