{"id":7215,"date":"2020-11-12T18:47:42","date_gmt":"2020-11-12T21:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=7215"},"modified":"2020-11-12T18:47:43","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T21:47:43","slug":"berdinas-me-genera-indignacion-el-oportunismo-politico-con-el-que-la-oposicion-introdujo-el-tema-ambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=7215","title":{"rendered":"BERDI\u00d1AS: ME GENERA INDIGNACI\u00d3N EL OPORTUNISMO POLITICO CON EL QUE LA OPOSICI\u00d3N INTRODUJO EL TEMA AMBIENTAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de la presentaci\u00f3n por mesa de entrada de un proyecto del bloque Justicialista que busca entre otras cosas declarar la emergencia ambiental y remover de su cargo al actual director de medio Ambiente de Nogoy\u00e1, se busc\u00f3 la palabra del Concejal Berdi\u00f1as respecto de su punto de vista en cuanto a esta situaci\u00f3n el cual puso de relieve un claro y fuerte mensaje de oportunismo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Dr. Berdi\u00f1as<\/strong> manifiesta haber tomado conocimiento en forma medi\u00e1tica, ya que los concejales del PJ mediatizaron el pedido antes de ser presentado como proyecto; <em>\u201clo tom\u00e9 con un poco de sorpresa, yo creo que hay que dividir el tema en dos ejes, una parte es la institucional y otra la pol\u00edtica. En t\u00e9rminos institucionales estamos todos preocupados por el tema de los olores en la \u00faltima semana, la mortandad de peces\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - CONCEJAL Dr. MARIANO BERDI\u00d1AS - CAMBIEMOS NOGOYA 11\/11\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CAYl7SQVoCE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cYo creo que decir que no se ha hecho nada, es una barbaridad, no tengo ninguna duda que hay un mont\u00f3n de problemas medioambientales de los cuales hay que seguir trabajando y hay que seguir abarcando, ahora, de los 12 a\u00f1os previos a Rafael Cavagna del 2003 al 2015 <strong>nadie hizo nada<\/strong>, me parece que ahora el PJ venga con este planteo, en t\u00e9rminos institucionales y de preocupaci\u00f3n, me parece muy bien ahora, el segundo eje que yo les dec\u00eda es el pol\u00edtico, yo creo que tiene claramente una intencionalidad pol\u00edtica, y fundamentalmente pedir mediante un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n que el presidente municipal rescinda el contrato de la persona que est\u00e1 a cargo de medio ambiente, <strong>es una barbaridad<\/strong> porque es una potestad propia del ejecutivo, el concejo deliberante tiene que legislar, el concejo no pone ni saca funcionarios y no tiene porque meterse en cuestiones que son propias del presidente municipal\u201d refiri\u00f3 el concejal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cLO QUE TIENE QUE HACER EL PJ SI QUIERE CAMBIAR LA AGENDA O CAMBIAR FUNCIONARIOS ES GANAR LAS ELECCIONES\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cME PARECE DE UNA INEXPERIENCIA MANIFIESTA DE AVANZAR CON PROYECTOS QUE SON FUEGOS ARTIFICIALES\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de estos fuertes concepto Berdi\u00f1as manifest\u00f3 <em>\u201cyo estoy convencido que medio ambiente es un punto clave y fundamental, ahora, de ah\u00ed a decir que no hicimos nada, es una barbaridad\u201d<\/em> y agreg\u00f3, <em>\u201cme conocen despu\u00e9s de cinco a\u00f1os de concejal y saben que no soy decir zaraza u ocultar la verdad, hay cosas que se deben mejorar y problem\u00e1ticas que hay que abarcar y funciones de contralor que deben ser llevadas adelante con mayor firmeza, yo para esa discusi\u00f3n, seria, institucional, legislativa en el marco del concejo deliberante, yo para esa discusi\u00f3n estoy y voy a estar siempre porque me preocupa y mucho\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cSI A MI ME TOCARA ALGUN DIA OCUPAR UNA PRESIDENCIA MUNICIPAL, SERIA UNO DE LOS PRINCIPALES PUNTOS DE MI AGENDA POLITICA EL CUIDADO DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE Y QUE TODOS CUMPLAN CON LAS REGLAMENTACIONES QUE TIENEN QUE CUMPLIR\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"592\" height=\"556\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/ORDENANZA-666_2004.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/ORDENANZA-666_2004.jpg 592w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/ORDENANZA-666_2004-300x282.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 592px) 100vw, 592px\" \/><figcaption>Ordenanza N\u00b00666 del 2004<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de la presentaci\u00f3n por mesa de entrada de un proyecto del bloque Justicialista que busca entre otras cosas declarar&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6727,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,349],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-7215","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-politica","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
