Javier Oertlin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El mismo cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n diferentes actores, tuvo como principal objetivo unificar criterios, evaluar recursos de operatividad y darles curso a las acciones pensando en las realidades de los diversos sectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente municipal Rafael Cavagna coment\u00f3; <em>\u201c<strong>Si bien el COES no decidi\u00f3 retroceder de fase, entendemos la gravedad de la situaci\u00f3n que Nogoy\u00e1 est\u00e1 atravesando<\/strong>. Quienes nos hemos reunido asumimos el compromiso de redoblar los esfuerzos que apunten a evitar el colapso sanitario<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y en este sentido agreg\u00f3; <em>\u201cLos integrantes del poder legislativo local estuvieron presentes para trabajar en una ordenanza que sancione el incumplimiento de determinadas medidas preventivas, que sea de forma inmediata y de respuesta a la necesidad en materia de la salud que la sociedad necesita en este contexto de pandemia<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, el primer mandatario local, asegur\u00f3 que desde la municipalidad se seguir\u00e1 garantizando los servicios, explic\u00f3 que se han implementado medidas para el cuidado del personal e inst\u00f3 a los vecinos a seguir cuid\u00e1ndose tomando las medidas preventivas que por los diversos medios se han dado a conocer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el COES, en sinton\u00eda al decreto provincial, llamaron a respetar el distanciamiento social, a limitar la circulaci\u00f3n de personas en espacios abiertos, a que los comercios empleen el uso de barbijo, alcohol y el registro de consumidores, clientes y usuarios, a controlar y evitar las reuniones sociales y fiestas clandestinas, a informar con responsabilidad y a trabajar interdisciplinariamente con la juventud en la toma de conciencia, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/COES1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7078\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/COES1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/COES1-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/COES1-768x384.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Estuvieron presentes el Intendente Dr. Rafael Cavagna, la vice presidenta municipal Sandra Facello, el director del Hospital San Blas Javier Asc\u00faa, el Jefe Departamental de Polic\u00eda Crio. My. Javier Oertlin, la Senadora Provincial Dra. Flavia Maidana, el Diputado Provincial Arq.
