Con financiamiento del MINCyT, y aval del gobierno provincial, un grupo de investigadores de la UNER plantea generar un \u00edndice sanitario integral que impactar\u00e1 en 10 municipios de la costa del R\u00edo Uruguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la investigadora de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Nacional de Entre R\u00edos (UNER), Martina Villanova, el proyecto se propone, por medio de encuestas y entrevistas, evaluar el nivel de adecuaci\u00f3n de los sistemas municipales de gesti\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos domiciliarios (RSD) a las recomendaciones internacionales, nacionales y provinciales sobre residuos contaminados por COVID-19, generando un \u00edndice de adecuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Villanova explic\u00f3 que el \u00edndice sanitario integral se compone de \u00abun \u00edndice de calidad del sistema en el que se realiza un relevamiento sobre la gesti\u00f3n de residuos en cada uno de los municipios que integran el proyecto, de un \u00edndice de vulnerabilidad sanitaria donde se estudia la vulnerabilidad sanitaria de los trabajadores del servicio de saneamiento b\u00e1sico antes y despu\u00e9s de la pandemia y, finalmente, un \u00edndice de adaptaci\u00f3n a las recomendaciones para el manejo de residuos brindadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente de la provincia y las del Ministerio de Salud de la Naci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa contempla la implementaci\u00f3n en 10 municipios de la provincia: Caseros, Concepci\u00f3n del Uruguay, Col\u00f3n, Gualeguaych\u00fa, Herrera, Villa Elisa, Villaguay, Basavilbaso, Urdinarrain y San Justo, y los resultados de los \u00edndices ser\u00e1n volcados, por medio Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (SIG), a un mapa interactivo de consulta abierta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gabriel Gentiletti, secretario de Ciencia y T\u00e9cnica de la UNER, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proyecto es un caso de \u00e9xito \u00abfruto de la pol\u00edtica nacional de Proyectos de Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico y Social (PDTS) como de los esfuerzos propios de la Universidad Nacional de Entre R\u00edos que hizo convocatorias internas para motivar a sus investigadores al ejercicio de salirse de la tradici\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para identificar problemas en el territorio, con asistencia de nuestra Unidad de Vinculaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica, cuyos demandantes presentan otro tipo de problem\u00e1ticas\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En l\u00ednea con articular las demandas de la jurisdicci\u00f3n con las capacidades cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicas locales para dar respuesta a la pandemia y a las necesidades socio-productivas provinciales, el secretario de Ciencia y T\u00e9cnica de la provincia, Jorge Gerard, destac\u00f3 \u00abel trabajo interinstitucional que involucra el proyecto que vincula al sistema cient\u00edfico con los municipios de la costa del r\u00edo Uruguay y que pone el acento en el aspecto social tanto en la seguridad sanitaria de los trabajadores como de toda la comunidad\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por \u00faltimo, Gerard respald\u00f3 los objetivos trazados por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Federalizaci\u00f3n y el COFECyT que van en el sentido de \u00abampliar las capacidades del sistema, la formaci\u00f3n de investigadores y de recursos humanos para que acompa\u00f1en el desarrollo productivo de la provincia\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proyecto es financiado por el MINCyT a trav\u00e9s del Consejo Federal de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (COFECyT) en el marco del Programa de Articulaci\u00f3n y Fortalecimiento Federal de las Capacidades en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda COVID-19 coordinado por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Federalizaci\u00f3n de la Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Coordinaci\u00f3n Institucional del MINCyT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
