Eso significa que&nbsp;<strong>en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o 2020 el haber m\u00ednimo aument\u00f3, en t\u00e9rminos reales, un 5,5%,&nbsp;<\/strong>recuperando as\u00ed parte de la p\u00e9rdida producida&nbsp;entre septiembre de 2017 y diciembre de 2019 de un 19,5 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este incremento, alrededor del 85 por ciento de los jubilados y pensionados tendr\u00e1n aumentos en sus haberes por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n se ven alcanzadas por esta suba las Pensiones No Contributivas (PNC), la Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH), la Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Embarazo (AUE) y las asignaciones familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"581\" height=\"385\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/EVOLUCION-JUBILACION.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6649\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/EVOLUCION-JUBILACION.png 581w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/EVOLUCION-JUBILACION-300x199.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 581px) 100vw, 581px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar las otras medidas aplicadas por el Gobierno Nacional para proteger los ingresos de las personas mayores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 En los meses de diciembre y enero se otorgaron dos bonos extraordinarios de hasta 5.000 pesos para jubilados y pensionados, esta medida alcanz\u00f3 al 65 por ciento de las y los beneficiarios de m\u00e1s bajos ingresos cubriendo a 4,5 millones de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A su vez, para morigerar el impacto de la crisis sanitaria y econ\u00f3mica derivada de la Pandemia del COVID-19, en abril de 2020, se asign\u00f3 un bono de hasta 3.000 pesos. Esta medida benefici\u00f3 al 63 por ciento de los jubilados y pensionados de m\u00e1s bajos ingresos alcanzando a m\u00e1s de 4,3 millones de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Desde diciembre de 2019 se impulsaron otras medidas con impacto indirecto sobre el poder adquisitivo de las y los jubilados, entre ellas se pueden mencionar: el Vadem\u00e9cum de m\u00e1s de 170 medicamentos gratuitos para afiliados del PAMI, siendo que los jubilados y pensionados de los haberes m\u00e1s bajos destinaban el 30 por ciento de sus ingresos a la compra de remedios.
