{"id":6613,"date":"2020-08-06T18:12:04","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T21:12:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6613"},"modified":"2020-08-06T18:12:05","modified_gmt":"2020-08-06T21:12:05","slug":"allanamientos-y-secuestros-por-contaminacion-sonora-de-moto-vehiculos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6613","title":{"rendered":"ALLANAMIENTOS Y SECUESTROS POR CONTAMINACI\u00d3N SONORA DE MOTO VEH\u00cdCULOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dialogamos con el Dr. Federico Uriburu de la Unidad Fiscal de Nogoy\u00e1 a fines de interiorizarnos respecto de diferentes allanamientos que se llevaron adelante en la ciudad en relaci\u00f3n a actuaciones iniciadas de Oficio por Contaminaci\u00f3n Sonora, en tr\u00e1mite ante el Juzgado de Transici\u00f3n y Garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - Dr FEDERICO URIBURU - UNIDAD FISCAL NOGOYA 05\/08\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DbpXzgnWIuw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fueron cuatro los allanamientos en distintos barrios de la ciudad, con resultado positivo en los que se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de cuatro motos, Zanella 150cc, Imsa 125cc, Honda Storm 125cc. y Honda CG Tit\u00e1n 150cc., todas ellas con modificaciones en sus ca\u00f1os de escapes y en sus estructuras seg\u00fan informa el parte de Jefatura Departamental. En todos los casos se procedi\u00f3 a la identificaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes conductores, y a la notificaci\u00f3n de aquellos que resultaron ser mayores de edad, mientras que en el caso de los menores, fueron notificados sus responsables legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos rodados ven\u00edan realizando la contaminaci\u00f3n sonora y maniobras peligrosas en el \u00e1mbito de nuestra ciudad desde hac\u00eda un tiempo, de lo cual se hab\u00edan registrado m\u00faltiples quejas de los vecinos desde diferentes puntos cardinales, por lo que se realiz\u00f3 un seguimiento de los causantes hasta lograr individualizarlos, ordenando la justicia local los pasos a seguir, medidas y procedimientos, en concordancia con disposiciones legales vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SECUESTRO-MOTOS.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SECUESTRO-MOTOS.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SECUESTRO-MOTOS-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SECUESTRO-MOTOS-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo el Fiscal hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que se continuar\u00e1n realizando las tareas inherentes por parte de la fuerza policial para identificar a quienes realicen este tipo de actos que conllevan sus correspondientes consecuencias (retenci\u00f3n o secuestro del rodado, multas y\/o imputaci\u00f3n legal) por lo cual se exhorta a los poseedores de moto veh\u00edculos a no modificar los rodados con la finalidad de causar ruidos molestos, apelando asimismo a la responsabilidad de los progenitores sobre sus hijos menores de edad y, en lo que respecta a maniobras peligrosas o que pongan en riesgo a terceros, el fiscal dio cuenta de que dichos actos ser\u00e1n encuadrados en el art\u00edculo 193 bis del C\u00f3digo Penal Argentino que prev\u00e9 penas de hasta 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"858\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/193BIS-CP-1024x858.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6615\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/193BIS-CP-1024x858.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/193BIS-CP-300x251.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/193BIS-CP-768x644.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/193BIS-CP.jpeg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Texto de la ley<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Art\u00edculo 193 bis: Ser\u00e1 reprimido con prisi\u00f3n de SEIS (6) meses a TRES (3) a\u00f1os e inhabilitaci\u00f3n especial para conducir por el doble del tiempo de la condena, el conductor que creare una situaci\u00f3n de peligro para la vida o la integridad f\u00edsica de las personas, mediante la participaci\u00f3n en una prueba de velocidad o de destreza con un veh\u00edculo automotor, realizada sin la debida autorizaci\u00f3n de la autoridad competente.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La misma pena se aplicar\u00e1 a quien organizare o promocionare la conducta prevista en el presente art\u00edculo, y a quien posibilitare su realizaci\u00f3n por un tercero mediante la entrega de un veh\u00edculo de su propiedad o confiado a su custodia, sabiendo que ser\u00e1 utilizado para ese fin.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar Uriburu se refiri\u00f3 al estado actual de la causa de abuso de una menor en la localidad de Lucas Gonzalez y que el \u00fanico imputado en la causa se encuentra con <em>prisi\u00f3n preventiva domiciliaria <\/em>y que desde la fiscal\u00eda se encuentran trabajando en dicha causa pero respetando los tiempos de la v\u00edctima en cuanto a relatar lo sucedido, por lo que es la labor la de garantizar la seguridad y el resguardo de la misma y sin premura en la elevaci\u00f3n a juicio de la causa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dialogamos con el Dr. Federico Uriburu de la Unidad Fiscal de Nogoy\u00e1 a fines de interiorizarnos respecto de diferentes allanamientos&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6614,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,350],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-6613","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-policiales","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
