Se trata de una docente jubilada incluida en el grupo del 13% de los pasivos que deben realizar un aporte solidario temporal en el marco de la norma del gobierno provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abLos fundamentos del juez para dictar sentencia establecen que en este caso, por v\u00eda de un amparo, se est\u00e1 discutiendo la constitucionalidad de una ley. Y la constitucionalidad de una ley es uno de los remedios extremos que utiliza el Poder Judicial y siempre lo hace con car\u00e1cter excepcional\u00bb<\/em>, explic\u00f3 el fiscal de Estado Julio Rodr\u00edguez Signes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEn este caso no se verifica que la ley sea inconstitucional o por lo menos no aparece visos de inconstitucionalidad en el examen que se hace de acuerdo al planteo de la denunciante, as\u00ed que esa es su valoraci\u00f3n y se rechaza la acci\u00f3n de amparo contra la ley de emergencia de la provincia\u00bb<\/em>, precis\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de este amparo, se trata de una docente jubilada que impugna la ley y acciona judicialmente contra el art\u00edculo 6 de la ley 10.806 que establece el aporte solidario extraordinario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma establece por un a\u00f1o una contribuci\u00f3n extra sobre entidades financieras, grandes campos y la venta mayorista de medicamentos, y aumenta aportes en forma progresiva al sistema previsional &#8211; que registra un d\u00e9ficit hist\u00f3rico, a activos y pasivos de los tres poderes con sueldos de m\u00e1s de 75.000 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con los fondos recaudados, que son coparticipables a los municipios, se apunta a paliar la ca\u00edda de ingresos por la pandemia para cumplir con las obligaciones del Estado en materia social y sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: ElOnce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Fiscal de Estado explic\u00f3 que \u00aben este caso no se verifica que la ley sea inconstitucional o por lo&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6587,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,69,349],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6586","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-noticias","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
