{"id":6501,"date":"2020-07-09T19:39:04","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T22:39:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6501"},"modified":"2020-07-09T19:39:28","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T22:39:28","slug":"nueva-denuncia-y-en-contra-del-imputado-por-abuso-en-lucas-gonzalez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6501","title":{"rendered":"NUEVA DENUNCIA EN CONTRA DEL IMPUTADO POR ABUSO EN LUCAS GONZALEZ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una denuncia por abuso sexual en perjuicio de un menor de 4 a\u00f1o, se conoci\u00f3 d\u00edas pasados en la localidad de Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez, causa a cargo de la unidad fiscal de Nogoy\u00e1 que investiga al t\u00edo de la victima como el supuesto autor de abusos sexuales, causa que est\u00e1 caratulada como <strong>\u00abAbuso sexual con acceso carnal\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El viernes, el juez de Garant\u00edas, Gustavo Acosta, le aplic\u00f3 al sospechado de los abusos 30 d\u00edas de\u00a0<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva bajo la modalidad de arresto domiciliario, medida que cumple en una finca ubicada en Crucecitas Tercera, departamento Nogoy\u00e1<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles, otra persona radic\u00f3 una denuncia contra el mismo hombre. En el marco de esta situaci\u00f3n se orden\u00f3 el allanamiento de la vivienda y en el campo d\u00f3nde \u00e9l est\u00e1 cumpliendo su prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria. El Fiscal, junto a personal policial de la Jefatura departamental Nogoy\u00e1 y la Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica, allanaron en primer lugar la casa de Crucesitas 3ra. y luego en su casa particular de Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez y como resultado de los allanamientos se secuestraron seis celulares, los cuales se enviaron a Paran\u00e1 para realizar los peritajes correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - Dr. MARIANO NAVARRO 09\/07\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3-UCwAqwM9g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En dialog\u00f3 con Dr. Mariano Navarro, abogado querellante en\nla causa de <strong>\u00abAbuso sexual con\nacceso carnal\u00bb<\/strong> y en representaci\u00f3n de los padres de la menor de cuatro\na\u00f1os se refiri\u00f3 al procedimiento realizado el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles <em>\u00abSi bien no es un delito del mismo\ntenor, s\u00ed es de la misma naturaleza, son delitos de \u00edndole sexual. Aqu\u00ed la\npersona ha denunciado que la segu\u00eda, hay una serie de acosos que ha realizado a\ntrav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono, en ocasi\u00f3n de estar trabajando se acerc\u00f3 a la vivienda y\nconsigui\u00f3 el tel\u00e9fono de la menor, desde ah\u00ed comenz\u00f3 el asedio de esta chica.\nNo lleg\u00f3 a concretar el abuso de esta chica pero s\u00ed hubo acoso, y ese fue el\ndelito que denunci\u00f3 la madre\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navarro mencion\u00f3 que la primera denuncia surge <em>\u00aba partir de cambios en la conducta de\nla menor, que son observados por los padres de la misma. Sin lugar a dudas, un\nperverso que ha incorporado conocimientos en forma prematura a una nena que\nest\u00e1 a punto de cumplir cuatro a\u00f1os. Tomaron conocimiento a trav\u00e9s de\nprofesionales e hicieron la denuncia que corresponde, fueron asesorados por la\nfiscal\u00eda del Dr. Uriburu, que orden\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del mismo, se lleg\u00f3\na un acuerdo de una prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria que est\u00e1 cumpliendo en el campo\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se investiga si existen otras v\u00edctimas en la zona donde\nreside el denunciado y en este sentido, el letrado manifest\u00f3 que <em>\u00abestamos actuando en representaci\u00f3n de\ndos padres de una ni\u00f1a que fue v\u00edctima de hechos aberrantes, terribles,\npreocupantes. No podemos confirmar hechos que no conocemos, pero s\u00ed hay cosas\nde las que podemos sospechar o llegar a tener una evidencia concreta al\nrespecto. Es una situaci\u00f3n preocupante la actitud y la conducta de esta\npersona\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navarro aconsej\u00f3 que <em>\u00ablos\npadres deben saber que los ni\u00f1os necesitan saber que sus padres los acompa\u00f1an,\nles creen, que los protegen y los cuidan. Nosotros tenemos casos que han sido\nparadigm\u00e1ticos en Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez.
