{"id":6356,"date":"2020-05-28T00:09:56","date_gmt":"2020-05-28T03:09:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6356"},"modified":"2020-05-28T00:09:56","modified_gmt":"2020-05-28T03:09:56","slug":"denuncia-otro-dolor-de-cabeza-para-el-municipio-de-nogoya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6356","title":{"rendered":"DENUNCIA: OTRO DOLOR DE CABEZA PARA EL MUNICIPIO DE NOGOYA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el mediod\u00eda del d\u00eda martes nos llegaban audios que fueron emitidos en programas radiales de la ciudad (FM Libertad y Radio La Voz), sobre una denuncia medi\u00e1tica realizada v\u00eda WhatsApp, formulada por el se\u00f1or Mario Zapata haciendo referencia a distinto tipo de presuntas irregularidades en el traslado de material que involucra al corral\u00f3n municipal local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-soundcloud wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-soundcloud wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"MARIO ZAPATA DENUNCIA MEDIATICA by Del Exodo Radio Nogoya\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?visual=true&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F829514980&#038;show_artwork=true&#038;maxheight=750&#038;maxwidth=500\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption>El audio de MARIO ZAPATA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - Concejal HECTOR CARDOSO 27\/05\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9qPMEd_ROWw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s nos comunicamos con el <strong>Concejal Justicialista H\u00e9ctor Cardoso<\/strong> ya que el edil fue quien radico\nla correspondiente denuncia en sede policial de la Comisar\u00eda Villa 3 de Febrero\n<em>\u201cdenunci\u00e9 un audio yo esper\u00e9 lo escuch\u00e9,\nGamboa hab\u00eda dicho que iba a tomar cartas en el asunto que iba a llegar hasta\nlas \u00faltimas consecuencias y yo esper\u00e9 48 horas y no hicieron nada as\u00ed que hice\nla denuncia siempre consultando con el bloque nuestro\u201d<\/em>. En referencia al\naudio se sabe que Zapata relata ver supuestas irregularidades en el traslado de\nmaterial del corral\u00f3n municipal a lugares fuera del ejido de la ciudad\ndetallando cantidad de materiales y dem\u00e1s elementos relacionados a obra y\nconstrucci\u00f3n. El concejal cuenta <em>\u201cantes\nde hacer la denuncia Yo fui a la casa de Mario hable con \u00e9l, fuimos sacamos\nfotos tengo fotos de todo. Mario tambi\u00e9n llev\u00f3 al Sec.de O. P\u00fablicas antes que\nYo y seg\u00fan Gamboa no sab\u00eda nada \u00e9l. A Zapata ya lo citaron para certificar que\nel audio era cierto as\u00ed que ya est\u00e1 aclarado en la justicia que ahora tendr\u00e1\nque tomar cartas en el asunto. Yo conozco en detalles los lugares y los\nnombres\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LA PALABRA\nDEL SEC. OBRAS P\u00daBLICAS ULISES GAMBOA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - MMO ULISES GAMBOA 27\/05\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L-wQJ8VCqmY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Desmintiendo que no hab\u00eda actuado, Gamboa cuenta que se\npresent\u00f3 ante el fiscal en turno para realizar la denuncia pero que no se la\ntomaron porque le pide sea Zapata quien debe presentarse a denunciar, por ello\nGamboa acompa\u00f1a al recorrido de los lugares comentados por el prestador de\nservicios. <em>\u201cPudimos ver dos lugares que\npudimos identificar no identificando hasta el momento la remisi\u00f3n de nada hasta\n\u00e9se lugar no al menos en \u00e9sta gesti\u00f3n. Desde el mes de enero no se est\u00e1n\nhaciendo este tipo de asistencias edilicias, estamos en un plan de organizaci\u00f3n\nintegral de la secretar\u00eda del corral\u00f3n municipal para tratar de encontrar la\nexcelencia en el funcionamiento para tener mayor control<\/em>\u201d. Ante los hechos\nUlises detalla una charla con Zapata ante la presencia tambi\u00e9n del Secretario\nBeltramino <em>\u201cle dije porque no hab\u00eda\nvenido hablar conmigo si ten\u00eda alguna disconformidad o hab\u00eda alg\u00fan tipo de\nproblema, a \u00e9l se le hab\u00eda terminado la prestaci\u00f3n de servicio dentro del\nconcurso de precios, generalmente era quien siempre se presentaba y de alguna\nmanera era quien estaba abocado al servicio por las caracter\u00edsticas del cami\u00f3n\ny otras cosas m\u00e1s\u201d<\/em>. Respecto al tiempo est\u00e1 claro, seg\u00fan los relatos, que\ndesde diciembre a la fecha no corresponde lo vertido por Zapata que ni\nespecifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar Ulises dice <em>\u201cen lo personal estoy tranquilo, si molesto por la situaci\u00f3n porque nos\nquita energ\u00eda y tiempo. Y a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia para cuando lo requiera\n\u201c<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL RELATO\nDE LA COORD.
