Flavia Maidana<\/strong>, fue tratado en la sesi\u00f3n de este d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles y <strong>aprobado<\/strong> por unanimidad por lo que ahora deber\u00e1 pasar por diputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de ley, tal lo manifest\u00f3 la legisladora en la entrevista radial, trata de transferir a titulo de donaci\u00f3n de la Municipalidad de Nogoya una fracci\u00f3n de terreno con cargo de destinar el inmueble\ndonado para la construcci\u00f3n de diez viviendas sociales que ser\u00e1 adjudicadas a\n10 familias domiciliadas en la ciudad de Nogoya que no posean vivienda propia\n(Expte. 13.504) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PROYECTO DE LEY SENADORA MAIDANA 27\/05\/20\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nhfms_r4VNo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En la alocuci\u00f3n la senadora manifest\u00f3 la necesidad de\ngestionar para atender la demanda habitacional que mas alla de ser una obligaci\u00f3n\nde estado es una acto de justicia social, y en este caso Maidana pidi\u00f3 el\nacompa\u00f1amiento de los legisladores para que 10 familias de esta ciudad de\nescasos recursos que no tienen la posibilidad de acceder a un cr\u00e9dito o de contar\ncon los requisitos necesarios para ser adjudicados con una vivienda del IAPV\npuedan contar con un terreno para construir su techo, destacando que en esta\nmodalidad, los beneficiarios ya han sido adjudicados ser\u00e1n quienes van a\nconstruir sus casas recibiendo de ser necesario el control, acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico\ny el aporte del estado ya sea municipal o provincial. <strong><em>\u201cno hay nada m\u00e1s gratificante que\nver el esfuerzo de una familia concretarlo y mucho m\u00e1s cuando se trata del\ntecho propio y es por eso que le solicito a mis pares que me acompa\u00f1en en este\nproyecto\u201d<\/em><\/strong> finaliz\u00f3 la senadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"541\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SENADO1-27_05-1024x541.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SENADO1-27_05-1024x541.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SENADO1-27_05-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SENADO1-27_05-768x406.png 768w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SENADO1-27_05.png 1362w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalizado esto se procedi\u00f3 al voto del proyecto de ley en\ngeneral y en particular al mismo tiempo y en forma nominal conforme lo acordado\nen labor parlamentaria siendo por secretar\u00eda la votaci\u00f3n nominal, siendo esta\npositiva por unanimidad quedando aprobado en general y en particular pasando a\nla Camara de Diputados para su revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto de ley presentado por la Senadora Dra.
