{"id":6188,"date":"2020-05-02T11:31:56","date_gmt":"2020-05-02T14:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6188"},"modified":"2020-05-02T11:32:18","modified_gmt":"2020-05-02T14:32:18","slug":"se-extendio-la-prohibicion-de-cortes-de-servicios-hasta-fin-de-mayo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6188","title":{"rendered":"SE EXTENDI\u00d3 LA PROHIBICI\u00d3N DE CORTES DE SERVICIOS HASTA FIN DE MAYO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del decreto 426\/2020, que lleva la forma de todo el\ngabinete nacional, el <strong>Gobierno prorrog\u00f3\nhasta el 31 de mayo la suspensi\u00f3n de cortes de servicio por falta de pago<\/strong> como\nluz, gas, agua e internet, entre otros, hasta fin de mes en el marco de la\nemergencia sanitaria decretada por el coronavirus Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante esta decisi\u00f3n, se dispuso que las empresas\nprestadoras de los servicios de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, gas por redes y agua\ncorriente, telefon\u00eda fija o m\u00f3vil e Internet y TV por cable, por v\u00ednculo\nradioel\u00e9ctrico o satelital <strong><em>\u00abno podr\u00edan disponer la suspensi\u00f3n o el\ncorte de los respectivos servicios a las usuarias y a los usuarios en caso de\nmora o falta de pago de hasta tres (3) facturas consecutivas o alternas y cuyos\nvencimientos hubieran operado a partir del 1\u00b0 de marzo de 2020\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se dispuso que en la pr\u00f3rroga que <em>\u00abtrat\u00e1ndose de servicios de telefon\u00eda\nfija o m\u00f3vil, Internet y TV por cable, por v\u00ednculo radioel\u00e9ctrico o satelital,\nlas empresas prestatarias quedaban obligadas a mantener un servicio reducido,\nconforme se estableciera en la reglamentaci\u00f3n, por un plazo de 180 d\u00edas\ncorridos\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto incluye a quienes tengan celulares \u00abprepagos\u00bb\nlas empresas prestadoras deber\u00e1n brindar un servicio reducido a aquellas\npersonas que no carguen sus tel\u00e9fonos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo cuenta para los \u00abServicios de Tecnolog\u00edas de\nla Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones (Servicios de TIC)\u00bb, para continuar\ngarantizando el acceso a los servicios de telecomunicaciones a los usuarios,\nmediante una conectividad m\u00ednima con prestaciones reducidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: ElOnce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s del decreto 426\/2020, que lleva la forma de todo el gabinete nacional, el Gobierno prorrog\u00f3 hasta el 31&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6189,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,69],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-6188","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-noticias","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
