{"id":6177,"date":"2020-04-29T17:25:04","date_gmt":"2020-04-29T20:25:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6177"},"modified":"2020-04-29T17:26:14","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T20:26:14","slug":"duro-descargo-de-concejal-pro-de-nogoya-por-la-liberacion-de-presos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=6177","title":{"rendered":"DURO DESCARGO DE CONCEJAL DE NOGOYA POR LA LIBERACI\u00d3N DE PRESOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El concejal <strong>MARIANO BERDI\u00d1AS<\/strong>, abogado y referente PRO en la ciudad, quien ocupa una banca en el concejo deliberante de Nogoy\u00e1, realiz\u00f3 un duro descargo hacia el presidente de la naci\u00f3n y la decisi\u00f3n de morigerar las penas de muchos de los detenidos en distintas c\u00e1rceles del pa\u00eds y por diferentes causas tanto provinciales como federales, una preocupaci\u00f3n que lleg\u00f3 a muchos sectores no solo de la pol\u00edtica sino de la ciudadan\u00eda que para nada est\u00e1 de acuerdo con esta decisi\u00f3n que lesiona el derecho de aquellas personas que siempre han elegido el camino de la legalidad para transitar. El com\u00fan de la voces hoy se manifiestan en disconformidad y, en pleno aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio nos sentimos m\u00e1s presos y castigados que quienes deber\u00edan estar tras las rejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fmberdinas%2Fposts%2F2633765073522781&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"299\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowTransparency=\"true\" allow=\"encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><em>AS\u00cd NO,\nPRESIDENTE Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Si bien uno\nentiende, comparte y apoya las medidas por Ud. tomadas respecto al aislamiento\nsocial, preventivo y obligatorio de todos los ciudadanos argentinos a fin de\nevitar contagios masivos y achatar la curva de propagaci\u00f3n del Coronavirus, eso\nno justifica otras medidas que, impulsadas por ciertos funcionarios, lesionan\nseveramente nuestro Estado de Derecho, que tanto nos cost\u00f3 recuperar.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La\nliberaci\u00f3n de personas detenidas, en algunos casos condenadas y, en otras, con\nprisi\u00f3n preventiva, constituyen un atropello al Estado de Derecho. Y le digo\nesto como colega, como profesional del Derecho.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aquellos\nciudadanos que han cometido delitos y han sido condenados por ello, o que est\u00e1n\nsiendo investigados por el Poder Judicial y se encuentran en prisi\u00f3n preventiva\npara no entorpecer el accionar de la Justicia, no pueden ser para el Gobierno\nlo mismo que los argentinos que nos encontramos cumpliendo con la cuarentena\nque Ud., en uso de sus facultades, dispuso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No somos\ntodo lo mismo, y no pueden ser lo mismo los argentinos que vivimos ajustados a\nDerecho que aquellos que no lo hacen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En mi caso\nparticular, los vecinos de mi ciudad, Nogoy\u00e1, Entre R\u00edos, me han elegido para\nser Concejal y defender, sin claudicar, estos valores.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sepa que lo\nacompa\u00f1o en todas las medidas que Ud. ha tomado para proteger a los argentinos\nen esta Pandemia que, sin dudas, marcar\u00e1 un cambio de Era.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Seremos, en\nconsecuencia, una oposici\u00f3n constructiva y que le garantice gobernabilidad,\npero no por ello dejaremos de marcar aquellas diferencias que nos alarman y\npreocupan.<\/em><em>Al Coronavirus, lo vencemos #TodosJuntos.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El concejal MARIANO BERDI\u00d1AS, abogado y referente PRO en la ciudad, quien ocupa una banca en el concejo deliberante de&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5718,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,349],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-6177","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-politica","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
