Los cr\u00e9ditos\ndeber\u00e1n gestionarse a trav\u00e9s de su banco personal, pero hay que cumplir varios\nrequisitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/credito_tasa_cero.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El cr\u00e9dito a tasa 0 de hasta $ 150.000 anunciado esta semana\na trav\u00e9s del DNU N\u00b0 376 comprende a los Monotributistas de todas las\ncategor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dialogo con el Gerente del Banco Naci\u00f3n, sucursal Nogoya,\nJUAN PABLO REIBEL, manifest\u00f3 que hasta el momento la entidad bancaria no ha\nrecibido las directivas pertinentes para poner en marcha esta l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9ditos\ny que solo se conoce lo que se ha publicado en los medios period\u00edsticos aunque\nseguramente en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas empezar\u00e1n a bajar l\u00edneas para poner en marcha\nlo decretado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV - CREDITOS TASA CERO - Gerente Banco Nacion Nogoya\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LwglcgjmMR4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de una financiaci\u00f3n de tipo <strong>Cr\u00e9dito a Tasa Cero<\/strong> para personas adheridas al R\u00e9gimen Simplificado\npara Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes y para trabajadoras y trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos en\nlas condiciones que establezcan la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS y el Banco\nCentral de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina, en el marco de sus respectivas competencias,\ncon subsidio del CIEN POR CIENTO (100%) del costo financiero total, seg\u00fan reza\nel articulado de la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto <strong>\u00abno\npodr\u00e1 exceder una cuarta parte del l\u00edmite superior de ingresos brutos\nestablecidos para cada categor\u00eda del R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para Peque\u00f1os\nContribuyentes, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de $150.000, desembolsado en tres cuotas\nmensuales iguales y consecutivas\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las condiciones para recibir este cr\u00e9dito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-No recibir el beneficio del IFE (Ingreso Familiar de\nEmergencia), en relaci\u00f3n a los monotributistas de las Categor\u00edas A y B que\npod\u00edan solicitar y recibir el bono de $10.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-No prestar servicios al sector p\u00fablico nacional, provincial\no municipal. O, por lo menos, que el 70% de la facturaci\u00f3n entre el 12 de marzo\ny el 12 de abril de 2020 no fuera emitida a favor de esas jurisdicciones o\nentidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-No percibir ingresos de un trabajo relaci\u00f3n de dependencia o\nprovenientes de una jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Que el monto de la facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica entre el 12 de\nmarzo y el 12 de abril de 2020 no haya ca\u00eddo por debajo del promedio mensual\ndel ingreso bruto m\u00ednimo de la categor\u00eda en la que se encuentre registrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-En los casos en que la facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica no se\nencuentre disponible, las compras no deben ser superiores al 80% del promedio\nmensual del l\u00edmite inferior de la categor\u00eda en que se encuentre registrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, los beneficiarios de este financiamiento no deben\nrealizar operaciones de compras de divisas por el mercado oficial ni tampoco\ncomprar t\u00edtulos en pesos \u00abpara su posterior e inmediata venta en moneda\nextranjera o transferencia en custodia al exterior hasta la cancelaci\u00f3n total\ndel cr\u00e9dito\u00bb, en referencia al mecanismo de contado con liquidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de no cumplir con algunos de esos requisitos, se\nproducir\u00e1 \u00abel decaimiento de los beneficios acordados y la consecuente\nobligaci\u00f3n del beneficiario de efectuar las restituciones pertinentes al Estado\nNacional\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los registros oficiales, los monotributistas\n\u00abpuros\u00bb -as\u00ed denominados porque no trabajan simult\u00e1neamente en\nrelaci\u00f3n de dependencia ni son jubilados &#8211; suman 1.610.000, seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo\ndato del Ministerio de Trabajo.
