{"id":5976,"date":"2020-04-07T07:57:52","date_gmt":"2020-04-07T10:57:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5976"},"modified":"2020-04-07T07:57:53","modified_gmt":"2020-04-07T10:57:53","slug":"en-el-dia-mundial-de-la-salud-iosper-advierte-que-sin-financiamiento-el-sistema-es-insostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5976","title":{"rendered":"EN EL D\u00cdA MUNDIAL DE LA SALUD, IOSPER ADVIERTE QUE, \u201cSIN FINANCIAMIENTO, EL SISTEMA ES INSOSTENIBLE\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Al conmemorarse el 7 de abril el D\u00eda mundial de la salud, el\nInstituto de Obra Social de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos (<strong>Iosper<\/strong>), advirti\u00f3 que trabajar coordinadamente con los efectores\nnacionales y provinciales <strong>\u201ces clave\u201d<\/strong>\npara garantizar el sostenimiento del sistema de salud, cuando la pandemia del\nCovid-19 se cobra cada vez m\u00e1s v\u00edctimas. <em>\u00abAnte\nesta pandemia, es fundamental para las obras sociales provinciales contar con\nun fondo de financiamiento\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 el presidente del Directorio Obrero, <strong>Fernando Ca\u00f1ete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iosper se sum\u00f3 a la iniciativa de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de\nla Salud (OMS), que en 2020 centra su campa\u00f1a bajo el lema <strong><em>\u00abApoyo al personal de\nenfermer\u00eda y de parter\u00eda\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, con el objetivo de celebrar su trabajo\ny recordar a los l\u00edderes mundiales el papel fundamental que desempe\u00f1an para\nmantener el mundo sano. <em>\u201cLas enfermeras y\notros trabajadores de la salud est\u00e1n a la vanguardia de la respuesta de\nCovid-19, proporcionando un tratamiento y una atenci\u00f3n de alta calidad y\nrespetuosa, liderando el di\u00e1logo comunitario para abordar los temores y las\npreguntas y, en algunos casos, recopilando datos para estudios cl\u00ednicos\u201d<\/em>,\nse\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario. Sin embargo, el presidente del Directorio Obrero, aclar\u00f3\nque <em>\u201cen este momento donde la pandemia\narrasa en todo el mundo, los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, el alto costo de la\nindustria del medicamento, y los lobbys de los sectores empresariales, hacen\nque se siga poniendo en riesgo el actual sistema solidario de salud\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca\u00f1ete record\u00f3 <em>que \u201clas\nobras sociales ocupan un lugar central en el sistema de salud de la Argentina.\nEn la actualidad, alrededor de un tercio de las personas se atienden en el\nsector p\u00fablico; en las prepagas, entre un siete y un 10 por ciento, y las obras\nsociales nacionales y provinciales y el Pami cubren casi al 60 por ciento de la\npoblaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que las obras sociales se financian con los aportes de los trabajadores y empleadores. <em>\u201cCada trabajador en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, si tiene una obra social sindical, aporta un tres por ciento de su sueldo para financiarla, y su empleador suma otro seis por ciento\u201d. \u201cYa ven\u00edamos advirtiendo, antes que se desatara esta pandemia, que el sistema est\u00e1 colapsado y en cualquier momento se funde. Por eso reclamamos tomar medidas en conjunto para garantizar el sostenimiento del sistema de salud.
