{"id":5803,"date":"2020-03-21T09:04:49","date_gmt":"2020-03-21T12:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5803"},"modified":"2020-03-21T09:04:49","modified_gmt":"2020-03-21T12:04:49","slug":"postergan-los-vencimientos-de-tarjetas-y-otras-deuda-con-los-bancos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5803","title":{"rendered":"POSTERGAN LOS VENCIMIENTOS DE TARJETAS Y OTRAS DEUDA CON LOS BANCOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Banco Central anunci\u00f3 en la noche de este viernes, que\nquedan suspendidos los vencimientos de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y de cualquier otra\ndeuda con los bancos hasta el primero de abril pr\u00f3ximo, en el marco de las\nmedidas por el coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad monetaria que preside Miguel Pesce oficializ\u00f3\nla medida mediante la comunicaci\u00f3n A-6942, en la cual se detall\u00f3 que la\ndecisi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 efectiva desde este viernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abLos vencimientos\nde cr\u00e9ditos y tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito que vencen desde el 20 de marzo en adelante\npasan al 1 de Abril\u00bb<\/em>, inform\u00f3 el Diputado Nacional Marcelo Casaretto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se incluyen los vencimientos de las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, de\nlos pr\u00e9stamos y de cualquier otro compromiso asumido con las entidades\nfinancieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se dispuso adem\u00e1s que entre esas fechas no abrir\u00e1n las sucursales\nde los bancos, pero funcionar\u00e1n los cajeros electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1BqZRU7GcElrSnSLEmB6U5nl2MKoKcjrz\/preview\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL DECRETO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Las entidades financieras y cambiarias no podr\u00e1n abrir\nsus sucursales para atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Durante dicho periodo, las entidades financieras deber\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Continuar prestando los servicios que usualmente\nprestan en forma remota, como ser: constituci\u00f3n de plazos fijos, otorgamiento\nde financiaciones y los servicios relacionados con el sistema de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Adoptar las medidas necesarias, incluyendo los recursos\nhumanos, para garantizar la suficiente provisi\u00f3n de fondos en cajeros\nautom\u00e1ticos y la continuidad de la operatoria relacionada con la extracci\u00f3n de\nefectivo en puntos de extracci\u00f3n extrabancarios. El BCRA garantizar\u00e1 la\nprovisi\u00f3n de efectivo para este fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Los vencimientos de financiaciones de entidades\nfinancieras que se registren entre el 20 de marzo inclusive hasta el 31 de\nmarzo de 2020 inclusive, pasar\u00e1n al 1 de abril de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Entre el 20 de marzo y el 31 de marzo de 2020 inclusive\nno habr\u00e1 compensaci\u00f3n de electr\u00f3nica de cheques, por lo que las sesiones de\ncompensaci\u00f3n se reanudar\u00e1n el 1 de abril de 2020. Este lapso de d\u00edas no\ncomputar\u00e1 para el vencimiento de plazo de 30 d\u00edas para la presentaci\u00f3n de los\nmismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Las entidades financieras y cambiarias podr\u00e1n operar\nentre ellas y con sus clientes en el mercado cambiario en forma remota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. El BCRA garantizar\u00e1 la operatoria a trav\u00e9s del SIOPEL de\nlas operaciones cambiarias mayoristas y de las licitaciones de Letras de\nLiquidez de las fechas mi\u00e9rcoles 25 y jueves 26 del mes en curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Deber\u00e1n mantenerse operativas las C\u00e1maras Electr\u00f3nicas de\nCompensaci\u00f3n, el Medio Electr\u00f3nico de Pagos, las redes de cajeros autom\u00e1ticos y\nde transferencia electr\u00f3nica de fondos, las administradoras de tarjetas de\ncr\u00e9dito y d\u00e9bito, los adquirentes y procesadores de medios de pago\nelectr\u00f3nicos, los proveedores de servicios de pago, as\u00ed como sus prestadores\nconexos y toda otra infraestructura de mercado necesaria para la normal\nprestaci\u00f3n de los servicios de las entidades financieras y de los sistemas de\npago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
