{"id":5769,"date":"2020-03-18T08:52:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T11:52:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5769"},"modified":"2020-03-18T08:52:26","modified_gmt":"2020-03-18T11:52:26","slug":"iosper-adhiere-al-asueto-administrativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5769","title":{"rendered":"IOSPER ADHIERE AL ASUETO ADMINISTRATIVO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Iosper adhiere al asueto administrativo, pero <strong>garantiza la atenci\u00f3n de urgencias con guardias m\u00ednimas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En virtud de las disposiciones de la OMS, y de la emergencia sanitaria de la provincia, el Instituto de Obra Social de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos (Iosper) adhiri\u00f3 hoy al decreto 368\/20 del Gobierno provincial, que declar\u00f3 asueto administrativo hasta el 31 de marzo, pero garantizar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n a sus afiliados con guardias \u00edr\u00e1n solamente urgencias\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el presidente del Directorio Obrero, Fernando Ca\u00f1ete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario adelant\u00f3 que convoc\u00f3 a los directores de las distintas \u00e1reas para establecer el mecanismo operativo que se instrumentar\u00e1 en Casa Central, \u201cporque el Instituto debe seguir autorizando las prestaciones solicitadas de urgencia por los afiliados, continuar con los tr\u00e1mites de medicamentos para patolog\u00edas complejas y hacer frente a las erogaciones necesarias, de acuerdo a los compromisos contra\u00eddos\u201d.<br>\nEl  decreto 368, del Poder Ejecutivo, advierte que ante la alarmante cantidad de casos registrados a nivel mundial y atento a la realidad epidemiol\u00f3gica de p\u00fablico conocimiento, resulta necesario instrumentar medidas que permitan hacer frente al escenario actual\u201d. Y dispone \u201cel mantenimiento de guardias m\u00ednimas, facultando a los ministros secretarios de Estado y al secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n a establecer las medidas necesarias para garantizar los servicios esenciales y el funcionamiento de sus dependencias en el per\u00edodo de asueto, pudiendo disponer en sus \u00e1mbitos las modalidades bajo las cuales se prestar\u00e1n los servicios, agentes responsables, as\u00ed como los lineamientos a seguir para la atenci\u00f3n de situaciones extraordinarias o urgencias que se susciten\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protocolo activado<\/strong><br> Ante la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica actual y el estado en el que se encuentra el pa\u00eds para sensibilizar la vigilancia y respuesta integrada, Iosper  \u201cactiv\u00f3 el protocolo del ministerio de Salud, que implicar\u00e1 una serie de acciones para preservar la salud p\u00fablica y, particularmente, el bienestar de los afiliados y trabajadores de la obra social\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Ca\u00f1ete.<br> En ese sentido, precis\u00f3 que se dispuso el refuerzo de elementos de higiene en las oficinas y centros de atenci\u00f3n y se estableci\u00f3 que la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico se cubrir\u00e1 con guardias y se regulara el ingreso a los edificios donde se realizan los tr\u00e1mites, por lo que no podr\u00e1n pasar m\u00e1s de cinco afiliados por vez en Paran\u00e1 y Concordia y tres en las dem\u00e1s delegaciones.<br> \u201cFrenar  el coronavirus es responsabilidad de todos, por lo que se pide comprensi\u00f3n, responsabilidad y solidaridad de los afiliados, por lo que si no tienen que hacer tr\u00e1mites urgentes no deambulen por las delegaciones\u201d, indic\u00f3 Ca\u00f1ete, quien subray\u00f3 que estas medidas se tomaron \u201cpara que quienes tienen necesidad extrema puedan ser bien atendidos\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iosper adhiere al asueto administrativo, pero garantiza la atenci\u00f3n de urgencias con guardias m\u00ednimas.
