{"id":5224,"date":"2019-12-30T21:45:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-31T00:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5224"},"modified":"2019-12-30T21:45:01","modified_gmt":"2019-12-31T00:45:01","slug":"entre-rios-prohibe-el-uso-de-pirotecnia-sonora-en-los-actos-oficiales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=5224","title":{"rendered":"ENTRE R\u00cdOS PROH\u00cdBE EL USO DE PIROTECNIA SONORA EN LOS ACTOS OFICIALES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de garantizar un ambiente sano y proteger a\nla poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectada por esta pr\u00e1ctica, <strong>la provincia de Entre R\u00edos<\/strong> adhiri\u00f3 al decreto nacional que proh\u00edbe\nla compra y el uso de pirotecnia sonora para los <strong>actos p\u00fablicos oficiales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador Gustavo Bordet dispuso la adhesi\u00f3n de la\nprovincia al <strong>Decreto Nacional 96\/19<\/strong>\nque proh\u00edbe la compra y el uso de pirotecnia sonora para los actos p\u00fablicos\noficiales. La medida apunta a garantizar un ambiente sano y proteger a la\npoblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectada por esta pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida del titular del ejecutivo provincial se enmarca en\nlas disposiciones establecidas en el decreto mencionado y firmado por el\npresidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, que proh\u00edbe la compra y el uso de pirotecnia\nsonora para todos los actos p\u00fablicos organizados por el Poder Ejecutivo\nNacional, y que invita a las provincias a adherir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00abProh\u00edbese la adquisici\u00f3n y uso por parte del Sector P\u00fablico\nNacional, en los t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 8\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 24.156, de art\u00edculos y\nde artificios de pirotecnia, de estruendo o sonoros en los eventos y\/o\nespect\u00e1culos que organice\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, expresa el art\u00edculo primero del\ndocumento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, <strong>\u00abquedan\nexcluidos\u00bb<\/strong> de la norma <strong><em>\u00abaquellos artificios pirot\u00e9cnicos y\/o\nexplosivos utilizados para emitir se\u00f1ales de auxilio, emergencia o lucha\nantigranizo, aquellos que sean de uso de las Fuerzas Armadas, de Seguridad y\/o\nacciones de defensa civil y los destinados al uso industrial, minero u otra\nactividad productiva o extractiva\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los considerandos del decreto nacional, el Ejecutivo\ndestac\u00f3 el contenido del art\u00edculo 41\u00b0 del la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional que\ngarantiza <strong>\u00abel derecho a un ambiente\nsano, equilibrado, apto para el desarrollo humano y para que las actividades\nproductivas satisfagan las necesidades presentes sin comprometer las de las\ngeneraciones futuras; y tienen el deber de preservarlo\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, la norma que tambi\u00e9n lleva las firmas del Jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, y del ministro de Ambiente, Juan Cabandi\u00e9, destaca los <em>\u00abestudios cient\u00edficos que permiten comprobar que el uso de art\u00edculos y artificios de pirotecnia, de estruendo o sonoros afecta la calidad auditiva de la poblaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>, y en especial <em>\u00abde los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables de la sociedad entre los que se encuentran los ni\u00f1os y las ni\u00f1as y los ancianos y las ancianas, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a la fauna y al ambiente en general\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1CR4uK1BirupnB77QTmHzFklMVXMUjjgo\/preview\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de garantizar un ambiente sano y proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s afectada por esta pr\u00e1ctica, la provincia&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5225,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,349,352],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-5224","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-politica","category-salud","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
