RECUERDAN LA VIGENCIA DE LA ORDENANZA QUE REGULA EL USO EXCESIVO DE PIROT\u00c9CNICA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un esfuerzo comunicacional que debe mantenerse en el tiempo a efectos de concientizar referente al uso de la pirotecnia tal lo reza el articulado de la <strong>Ordenanza Municipal 1135<\/strong> que data de agosto del 2016 y que pareciera que muchos vecinos desconocen durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba<\/strong>.\u2013 No se\npermitir\u00e1 en el \u00e1mbito del radio municipal de la ciudad de Nogoy\u00e1 la\ncomercializaci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y uso p\u00fablico o privado de art\u00edculos de\npirotecnia sonora, que exceda los 65 decibles, conforme al art. 2\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se incluyen en esta prohibici\u00f3n los globos\naerost\u00e1ticos encendidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba<\/strong>.\u2013 Quedan\nexcluidos de la presente ordenanza los artificios pirot\u00e9cnicos lum\u00ednicos\nexclusivos, como ca\u00f1as voladoras, estrellas, juegos de luces sin sonido, y\nproductos pirot\u00e9cnicos lum\u00ednicos que no superen una emisi\u00f3n sonora de 65\ndecibeles a 20 metros de distancia desde su lanzamiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art\u00edculo 7\u00ba<\/strong>.\u2013 El\nMunicipio deber\u00e1 realizar campa\u00f1as destinadas a informar y crear conciencia en\nla poblaci\u00f3n sobre los peligros y da\u00f1os que implica el uso irresponsable de\npirotecnia, tanto en los seres humanos como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en los animales y el\nmedio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"842\" height=\"595\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA.jpg 842w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA-768x543.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Concejo Deliberante se recuerda la vigencia de esta\nordenanza que regula el uso excesivo de pirotecnia en la ciudad. La\nviceintendenta municipal, <strong>Sandra Facello<\/strong>\ninform\u00f3 que el objetivo de la misma apunta a prevenir la contaminaci\u00f3n sonora\nen el medio ambiente y los riesgos a la propiedad, a la salud y a la vida\nhumana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, coment\u00f3: <em>\u201cLas\npr\u00f3ximas fiestas esperamos que la sociedad se concientice en el uso de dichos\nelementos, recordando que esta legislaci\u00f3n municipal faculta a los inspectores\nmunicipales a realizar controles apuntando a mantener un marco regulatorio en\nmateria de prevenci\u00f3n para los vecinos\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, manifest\u00f3 que la ordenanza n\u00famero 1.135 contempla la prohibici\u00f3n de la venta de artificios pirot\u00e9cnicos a menores de 16 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, el Gobierno de la Ciudad de Nogoy\u00e1 estar\u00e1 realizando peri\u00f3dicamente operativos de control especial, solicitando en caso de ser necesario la exhibici\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n de compra de tales mercader\u00edas que haya efectuado el comerciante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"842\" height=\"595\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA.jpg 842w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/PIROTECNIA-NOGOYA-768x543.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOS NI\u00d1OS CON AUTISMO SUFREN CON LA\nPIROTECNIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las\nprincipales caracter\u00edsticas de estos ni\u00f1os es que padecen un desorden del\nprocesamiento sensorial, tienen los sentidos exacerbados, y especialmente el\no\u00eddo, percibiendo los ruidos de manera aumentada. Son hipersensibles a los\nsonidos y a las luces, por lo que los espect\u00e1culos de fuegos artificiales se\nconvierten en una aut\u00e9ntica tortura para ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nestruendos provocados por los fuegos artificiales y los petardos les genera un\nalto nivel de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s, incluso pueden causarles crisis, episodios en\nlos que se ponen muy tensos, lloran, gritan, se tapan los o\u00eddos\ndesesperadamente y en algunos casos pueden llegar a autolesionarse o presentar\nconvulsiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00d3MO DA\u00d1A LA PIROTECNIA A LOS\nANIMALES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da\u00f1os\nf\u00edsicos a los aparatos auditivos de los animales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El o\u00eddo de\nmuchos animales es considerablemente m\u00e1s sensible que el humano, por lo que las\nexplosiones de fuegos artificiales no solo les resultan m\u00e1s perturbadoras, sino\nque les pueden da\u00f1ar m\u00e1s gravemente su capacidad auditiva. Los fuegos\nartificiales pueden emitir sonidos de hasta 190 decibelios (110 a 115\ndecibelios por encima del rango de 75 a 80 decibelios, donde comienza el da\u00f1o\npara el o\u00eddo humano.
