ROSARIO ROMERO, el Dr. ELVIO GARZ\u00d3N, Juez de Garantias de Paran\u00e1, Senador Pcial Dr. RAIMUNDO KISSER, Dip. Pcial. Dr. DIEGO LARA y el Dip. Pcial. DANIEL A. KOCH. Asimismo se dio el acompa\u00f1amiento por parte de distintas autoridades municipales, profesionales, legisladores y p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"JORNADA DEBATE LEY JUICIOS POR JURADO - Ministro Gob. Dra Rosario Romero\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kH9Avo0E5D8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Por su parte Romero destac\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n en Entre R\u00edos de los m\u00e9todos de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y coincidi\u00f3 en que el instituto es parte de las mandas constitucionales de la provincia, calific\u00e1ndolo como \u201cun tesoro de la participaci\u00f3n popular\u201d. Romero afirm\u00f3: <em>\u201cEntre R\u00edos lo viene debatiendo desde el a\u00f1o 1983 en adelante. No ha habido espacio del derecho donde el debate no haya estado. Nos va a abrir caminos y estoy esperanzada en los efectos. La ciudadan\u00eda va a respetar m\u00e1s a la Justicia y va a entender el proceso de la v\u00edctima. La sociedad tiene la madurez para ser parte de este proceso virtuoso. Es un instrumento que vio (Juan Bautista) Alberdi. Siete provincias lo instrumentan bien. No veo por qu\u00e9 nosotros no vamos a hacerlo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"JORNADA DEBATE LEY JUICIOS POR JURADO - Senador Dr. Raimundo Kisser\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3XfVQAUuVoQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que desde el Poder Judicial se destac\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del gobernador de Entre R\u00edos, Gustavo Bordet, de impulsar el proyecto de ley de creaci\u00f3n de este instrumento por lo que se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 ese proceso con distintas jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre el tema impulsadas por el Instituto \u201cDr. Juan Bautista Alberdi\u201d del Poder Judicial como con la participaci\u00f3n de magistrados en las jornadas que sobre la tem\u00e1tica se realizaron en otros poderes de la provincia o en otras jurisdicciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed mas entrevistas; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"JORNADA DEBATE LEY JUICIOS POR JURADO - Diputada M.
