GOLPE AL MUNDO NARCO. IMPORTANTE PROCEDIMIENTO ARROJO RESULTADO POSITIVO EN NOGOYA<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\nEn relaci\u00f3n a la Causa por Narcomenudeo caratulada \u00abMARTINEZ NESTOR DANIEL Y OTROS S\/ COMERCIO DE ESTUPEFACIENTES\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0por infracci\u00f3n a la Ley 23737 por comercializaci\u00f3n y transporte de estupefacientes, el Juzgado Federal de Paran\u00e1 a cargo del Dr. Leandro D. R\u00edos <\/strong>hab\u00eda solicitado se inhiba la justicia local de seguir interviniendo en la presente causa. El Juez Federal analiz\u00f3 lo postulado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal que se\u00f1al\u00f3 a los sospechados como eslabones en la cadena de comercializaci\u00f3n del t\u00f3xico en grandes cantidades y no en dosis destinadas al consumidor y les asign\u00f3 roles en la cadena de distribuci\u00f3n que excede el \u00e1mbito de competencia provincial<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0Por su parte el Juez de Garant\u00edas Subrogante, Dr. Juan Pablo Orlandi, sigui\u00f3 el criterio del Dr. Rios y se desprendi\u00f3 de la competencia y orden\u00f3 enviar la causa a la Justicia Federal. Esto fue apelado por el Fiscal Uriburu adhiri\u00e9ndose los abogados defensores Mariano Navarro, Nicolas Navarro, Esteban Cejas y Augusto Laferriere, por considerar que se est\u00e1 realizando una interpretaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea respecto a los hechos y su tratamiento procesal, en virtud del cual para definir la competencia se entiende \u00fanicamente a la cantidad aproximada de 6 kg. de estupefaciente secuestrado, sin tener en cuenta que el destino del mismo no era otro que la venta final al consumidor por parte \u00a0cinco personas de una peque\u00f1a ciudad como Nogoy\u00e1, los cuales representan los \u00faltimos eslabones en la cadena de comercializaci\u00f3n, apelaci\u00f3n que se trat\u00f3 en el d\u00eda de la fecha en el Tribunal de Juicios y Apelaciones de Gualeguaychu en donde la jueza ALICIA VIVIAN resolvi\u00f3 que la mencionada causa quede en los fueros provinciales correspondi\u00e9ndole investigar a la fiscal\u00eda de Nogoya.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDra.
