El Gobierno nacional oficializ\u00f3 la suba de impuestos a los\ncombustibles l\u00edquidos, despu\u00e9s de mantener postergados los incrementos desde\nmayo pasado. Implica un incremento de $0,142 por litro para la nafta y de $0,27\npara el gasoil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno nacional resolvi\u00f3 aplicar el incremento al\nimpuesto a los combustibles l\u00edquidos postergado en cuatro oportunidades desde\nmayo \u00faltimo, lo que implica m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n para los precios, que se incrementaron\nel 5% la semana pasada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El decreto 753\/2019, publicado este lunes en el Bolet\u00edn\nOficial, modifica las fechas establecidas anteriormente, que determin\u00f3 que\n\u00abpara los hechos imponibles que se perfeccionen desde el 1 de setiembre y\nhasta el 31 de octubre \u00faltimos, deber\u00e1n mantenerse los montos del impuesto que\ncorrespondan al 31 de agosto de 2019\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anteriormente, ese plazo hab\u00eda sido fijado hasta el 30 de\nnoviembre, y reci\u00e9n a partir del 1 de diciembre comenzaba a aplicarse la suba\ntotal del gravamen. Con la nueva decisi\u00f3n, se estableci\u00f3 que desde el 1 de noviembre\n\u00faltimo deber\u00e1 considerarse el incremento total en los montos del impuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed, el incremento en los montos del impuesto ser\u00e1 de $ 0,142\npor litro para las naftas, y de $ 0,27 para el gasoil. Los productos alcanzados\npor la medida son nafta sin plomo, hasta y de m\u00e1s de 92 RON, nafta virgen, y\ngasoil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El impuesto a los combustibles se previ\u00f3 que se actualizase\npor trimestre calendario sobre la base de las variaciones del \u00cdndice de Precios\nal Consumidor (IPC), considerando las variaciones acumuladas desde enero de\n2018, inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ejecutivo actualiza los montos del impuesto en los meses de enero, abril, julio y octubre de cada a\u00f1o. Sin embargo, desde el 28 de mayo \u00faltimo posterg\u00f3 en cuatro oportunidades, hasta la actual aplicaci\u00f3n del incremento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
