{"id":4653,"date":"2019-10-27T18:58:30","date_gmt":"2019-10-27T21:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=4653"},"modified":"2019-10-27T18:58:30","modified_gmt":"2019-10-27T21:58:30","slug":"que-pasa-si-no-fui-a-votar-este-domingo-a-las-elecciones-presidenciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=4653","title":{"rendered":"QU\u00c9 PASA SI NO FUI A VOTAR ESTE DOMINGO A LAS ELECCIONES PRESIDENCIALES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Constituci\u00f3n Nacional establece en su art\u00edculo 37 que el\nvoto es obligatorio, pero hay situaciones especiales que contemplan las leyes\nque regulan su ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2013 Si una\npersona no concurri\u00f3 a votar porque se encontraba enferma<\/strong>, deber\u00e1\npresentar un certificado m\u00e9dico ante la Secretar\u00eda Electoral para justificar la\nausencia. Tiene 60 d\u00edas a partir de la elecci\u00f3n para presentarse en la\ndependencia correspondiente a su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2013 Si el\nvotante se encontraba a m\u00e1s de 500 kil\u00f3metros del lugar donde deb\u00eda sufragar <\/strong>por\n\u00abmotivos razonables\u00bb, deber\u00e1 presentarse en la comisar\u00eda m\u00e1s cercana\ny pedir un certificado que acredite la distancia. Tiene 60 d\u00edas a partir de la\nelecci\u00f3n para presentarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2013 Quienes\ntuvieron que cumplir tareas laborales durante la jornada electoral<\/strong>, tienen\nderecho a que sus empleadores le otorguen una licencia especial sin descuento\nsalarial alguno para que puedan cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n del voto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2013 El voto\nes voluntario para los j\u00f3venes de 16 y 17 a\u00f1os y para los mayores de 70<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MULTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas que no fueron a votar y no justifiquen la\nausencia de acuerdo a las causales citadas en esta nota, deber\u00e1n pagar una\nmulta de 100 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras no paguen la multa, quedar\u00e1n registrados como\ninfractores, lo que implica que no podr\u00e1n hacer tr\u00e1mites durante un a\u00f1o ni\nobtener el pasaporte.
