{"id":4605,"date":"2019-10-24T01:36:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T04:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=4605"},"modified":"2019-10-24T01:38:45","modified_gmt":"2019-10-24T04:38:45","slug":"se-amplio-la-prision-preventiva-para-4-de-los-imputados-por-narcomenudeo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=4605","title":{"rendered":"SE AMPLIO LA PRISI\u00d3N PREVENTIVA PARA 4 DE LOS IMPUTADOS POR NARCOMENUDEO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la fecha se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Audiencia para tratar el estado de detenci\u00f3n de los hasta ahora siete imputados por la reciente causa de <strong>narcomenudeo<\/strong> del 20 de septiembre, procedimiento en el que se logr\u00f3 el secuestro de casi <strong>6 kilogramos de marihuana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/golpe-al-mundo-narco-importante-procedimiento-arrojo-resultado-positivo-en-nogoya\/\">GOLPE AL MUNDO NARCO. IMPORTANTE PROCEDIMIENTO ARROJO RESULTADO POSITIVO EN NOGOYA<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En presencia de los abogados defensores Mariano Navarro representando a Francisco M. Franco, Augusto Lafferriere en representaci\u00f3n de Leonardo S. Farias y Nestor D. Martinez, Oscar Rossi, Defensor P\u00fablico a cargo de la defensa de Alfredo M. del L. Panizo y Franco J. Sangrando Ortiz y los abogados Nicolas Navarro y Esteban Cejas Defensor y Asistencia T\u00e9cnica para Carlos E. Cejas y Nestor A. Kaufman y por parte del Ministerio Publico Fiscal el Dr. Federico Uriburu se expusieron los diferentes puntos de vista jur\u00eddico a efectos de deliberar referente a las medidas cautelares de los mencionados imputados, audiencia que se dio inicio pasadas las 13 y que se desarroll\u00f3 en poco mas de dos horas momento en el que se decidi\u00f3 un cuarto intermedio hasta la hora 19 en donde el Dr. Molina deber\u00e1 decidir sobre las medidas cautelares de los imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalizada la primera parte de la audiencia dialogamos con el Fiscal Uriburu respecto de la causa y los imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fiscal Dr Federico Uriburu 23\/10 Audiencia Narcomenudeo\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/v1HDqrtW9Vw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las 20 horas y con alguna demora se dio comienzo a la parte final de la audiencia en la que el <strong>Dr. Molina<\/strong> dio lectura a los argumentos de la fiscal\u00eda y a posterior la resoluci\u00f3n en cuanto a las medidas de detenci\u00f3n de los imputados por lo que se decidi\u00f3 <strong>prorrogar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> por <strong>30 d\u00edas<\/strong> mas para los imputados <strong>MARTINEZ en la UP5 de Victoria, CEJAS en la UP7 de Gualeguay, FARIAS en la UP1 Paran\u00e1 y PANIZO en la UP2 de Gualeguaychu<\/strong>. En cuanto a la situaci\u00f3n de <strong>SANGRANDO ORTIZ<\/strong> se le prorrog\u00f3 el <strong>arresto domiciliario <\/strong>por el mismo plazo a cumplir en la ciudad de Rosario mientras que <strong>KAUFMAN se le otorg\u00f3 el cese del arresto<\/strong> domiciliario debiendo concurrir con car\u00e1cter obligatorio 2 veces por semana a la comisaria sur de Nogoya y firmar un registro y <strong>FRANCO<\/strong> tiene obligaci\u00f3n de pernotar en su domicilio en el horario de 20 a 08 y con permiso laboral de 09 a 19 horas, estos dos \u00faltimos tambi\u00e9n tienen prohibici\u00f3n de trato y acercamiento respecto de un listado de testigos que la fiscal\u00eda aport\u00f3 y de los cuales se deber\u00e1 tomar debida declaraci\u00f3n en la causa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la fecha se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Audiencia para tratar el estado de detenci\u00f3n de los hasta ahora siete&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4606,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,350],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-4605","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-policiales","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
