El Secretario de Gobierno, Desarrollo Social y Relaciones\nInstitucionales del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Nogoy\u00e1, Marcelo Barreto, inform\u00f3\nsobre la organizaci\u00f3n del operativo preventivo y las disposiciones que se\nllevar\u00e1n a cabo en el marco del desarrollo de la Fiesta de Disfraces, que se\nrealizar\u00e1 el domingo 13 de octubre<\/strong>\nen la disco bailable \u201cEl Templo\u201d<\/strong>. La\nmedida fue dispuesta hoy en la reuni\u00f3n llevada a cabo en el Sal\u00f3n Blanco de los\nIntendentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primera instancia, coment\u00f3 que luego de la reuni\u00f3n de las\ncuales participaron fuerzas de seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n locales, se estableci\u00f3\nque el procedimiento se realizar\u00e1 en forma conjunta y articulada entre las\ninstituciones estatales, desarrollando un plan estrat\u00e9gico mediante operativo\nde car\u00e1cter preventivo dise\u00f1ado por profesionales que lo conforman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, dijo que el mismo iniciar\u00e1 el s\u00e1bado a la hora 14.30<\/strong> y culminar\u00e1 el domingo 12.30<\/strong>. \u201cLa medida avocar\u00e1 al personal municipal, policial, de salud, entre\notros de diferentes instituciones como agentes de tr\u00e1nsito, Emergencia municipal\ny de la Jefatura Departamental de Polic\u00eda y el hospital San Blas, que se\ndispuso mediante su director Javier Ascua\u201d<\/em>, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En segunda instancia, expres\u00f3 que la municipalidad dispondr\u00e1\ndel personal de inspectores viales, a fin de llevar a cabo el control y orden\ndel ingreso y egreso de veh\u00edculos tanto a los predios de los festejos como las\nzonas aleda\u00f1as. Simult\u00e1neamente organizar\u00e1 \nlos puestos de ventas, el servicio de estacionamiento de taxis, remises,\ncolectivos y combis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cEl Centro de Monitoreo municipal realizar\u00e1 el\nseguimiento y control del movimiento vehicular, aportando desde su tarea a la\ncomplementaci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n preventiva; el Centro de Emergencia municipal<\/strong> atender\u00e1 la salud primaria y\ndispondr\u00e1 de dos ambulancias con el objetivo de cubrir las emergencias m\u00e9dicas\nque sean necesarias realizar as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n los traslados correspondientes al\nnosocomio\u201d<\/em>, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Jefatura\nDepartamental de Polic\u00eda<\/strong> dispondr\u00e1 agentes adicionales que en su conjunto a\ntrav\u00e9s de m\u00f3viles patrullar\u00e1n la zona de acceso a los complejos de los eventos\ny examinar\u00e1n el ingreso y egreso a las fiestas y el casco urbano local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el mismo sentido, la instituci\u00f3n policial ejecutar\u00e1\ncontroles de documentaci\u00f3n y de alcoholemia en el Puesto Caminero ubicado en la Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 12<\/strong> en zona este y\nlos ingresos y egresos en  Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 26<\/strong> y Ruta Nacional\n12 zona oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bajo la intervenci\u00f3n montada, se estableci\u00f3 con la\norganizaci\u00f3n establecer el programa de prevenci\u00f3n \u00abConductor Asignado\u00bb <\/em><\/strong>destinado\na la concientizaci\u00f3n de los sectores juveniles para disminuir las conductas de\nriesgo en la conducci\u00f3n vehicular, mediante desarrollo y posterior culminaci\u00f3n\ndel evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
