Al mismo tiempo indic\u00f3 que en lo que refiere al\ncobro diferido o en cuotas en tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, si el comerciante tiene\nestipulado alg\u00fan recargo, el mismo debe estar espec\u00edficamente explicado por\nescrito y exhibido a lo que es el CFT, sobre el valor nominal del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Defensa al Consumidor: las irregularidades en medio de la crisis\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DyKaZ-bVjGU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption> Defensa al Consumidor: las irregularidades en medio de la crisis  <br>TVCanal9Litoral <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEFENSA DEL CONSUMIDOR PROVINCIAL&nbsp;\nDETECTO IRREGULARIDADES EN COBROS CON TARJETAS DE DEBITO Y CREDITO EN\nENTRE RIOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Albornoz hizo menci\u00f3n a los\nrecargos que se cobran en los comercios ante transacciones en un pago y en la\nque los consumidores se ven afectados, ya que se han detectado cobros de\nrecargos indebidos en gestiones comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El titular de dicha direcci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201csi\nbien esta es una cuesti\u00f3n netamente impositivo y fiscal, reglamentado por la\nAFIP, desde la provincia&nbsp; y\nparticularmente desde esta Oficina de Defensa del Consumidor, queremos informar\nque la AFIP ha reglamentado sobre esta cuesti\u00f3n, estableciendo la\nobligatoriedad a los comercios de tener posnet y cobrar con tarjeta de d\u00e9bito,\nde igual manera que lo hace en efectivo\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cAc\u00e1 hay que hacer una salvedad, el pago con d\u00e9bito no puede tener\nning\u00fan tipo de recargo o comisi\u00f3n, esto es totalmente ilegal y est\u00e1 sancionado.\nComo consumidores tenemos que saber y exigir que el pago con d\u00e9bito no requiere\nning\u00fan tipo de comisi\u00f3n o de inter\u00e9s, ya que el pago en d\u00e9bito es exactamente\nigual que el pago en efectivo\u201d<\/em>,\nafirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como consejo a los\nconsumidores,&nbsp; Albornoz dijo que <em>\u201cante el comercio que pretenda cobrar un\ninter\u00e9s u comisi\u00f3n por un pago en d\u00e9bito, debe hacer una queja formal y que\nquede asentado en un libro de queja o por alg\u00fan otro soporte, como un mail,\ndonde quede constancia del reclamo y si hay, por parte del comerciante, alg\u00fan\ntipo de reticencia, puede hacer la denuncia ante nuestra oficina, San Martin\n746 PA, o a las oficinas de informaci\u00f3n al consumidor de cada municipio\nprovincial\u201d <\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, el funcionario\ntambi\u00e9n aclar\u00f3 que <em>\u201crespecto al uso de la\ntarjeta de cr\u00e9dito y la opci\u00f3n en un s\u00f3lo pago, la ley de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito,\nuna ley sancionada hace unas cuantas d\u00e9cadas, entiende que el pago en una cuota\nes igual que pago en efectivo, por lo tanto no requiere de un adicional ni\ncomisi\u00f3n alguna y en caso que esto ocurra, tambi\u00e9n puede ser sancionado.\nApelamos a la responsabilidad de los comerciantes para que entiendan que, con\ntarjeta de d\u00e9bito o de cr\u00e9dito en un pago, no debe cobrarse inter\u00e9s ni comisi\u00f3n\nalguna\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Prensa Secretaria de Producci\u00f3n)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As\u00ed lo informo el Director General de Defensa del Consumidor y Lealtad Comercial Juan Carlos Albornoz, quien hizo menci\u00f3n a&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4226,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,69],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4225","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
