Milton URRUTIA\ny Mar\u00eda Alejandra PEREZ en representaci\u00f3n de <strong>Juan Diego ESCOBAR GAVIRIA<\/strong>, contra la sentencia de fecha 28\/08\/2017\ndictada por el Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguay, la que en\nconsecuencia <strong>SE CONFIRMA<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este Jueves 6 se reunieron los Sres. Vocales de la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n de Paran\u00e1, a los fines de deliberar y dictar sentencia en la causa N\u00ba1230\/18, caratulada <strong>\u00abESCOBAR GAVIRIA, Juan Diego &#8211; Corrupci\u00f3n de menores y abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante agravado S\/ RECURSO DE CASACION\u00bb. <\/strong>La C\u00e1mara rechaz\u00f3 hoy, por unanimidad, el recurso presentado por los abogados defensores del sacerdote Juan Diego Escobar Gaviria, condenado a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n el 6 de septiembre de 2017 por el Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguay por los delitos \u00abpromoci\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n de menores reiterada (tres v\u00edctimas) agravada por la condici\u00f3n de guardador\u00bb y por \u00ababuso sexual simple agravado por ser cometido por ministro de culto\u00bb.
