{"id":3852,"date":"2019-08-13T17:58:28","date_gmt":"2019-08-13T20:58:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3852"},"modified":"2019-08-13T17:58:28","modified_gmt":"2019-08-13T20:58:28","slug":"es-feriado-el-sabado-17-de-agosto-o-se-traslada-al-lunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3852","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfES FERIADO EL S\u00c1BADO 17 DE AGOSTO O SE TRASLADA AL LUNES?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como este a\u00f1o la conmemoraci\u00f3n del paso a la inmortalidad del\nGeneral Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn cae fin de semana, se generan dudas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El calendario 2019 indica que el 17 de agosto, fecha en que\nse conmemora el paso a la inmortalidad del General Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn, cae\ns\u00e1bado, por lo que se generan dudas sobre si se corre o no el feriado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, el Ministerio del Interior determin\u00f3 que el\ns\u00e1bado 17 sea un d\u00eda feriado y que el lunes 19 sea un d\u00eda no laborable con\nfines tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero hay que tener en cuenta que un d\u00eda no laboral no es un\nd\u00eda feriado, y que los empleados puedan gozar de ese d\u00eda libre depende\nexclusivamente del empleador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEl trabajo ser\u00e1 optativo para el empleador, salvo en\nbancos, seguros y actividades afines, conforme lo determine la\nreglamentaci\u00f3n\u00bb, precisa el art\u00edculo 167 de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y agrega: \u00abEn caso de optar el empleador como d\u00eda no\nlaborable, el jornal ser\u00e1 igualmente abonado al trabajador\u00bb. Mientras que\nsi decide que se trabaje- a diferencia de los feriados- no se pagar\u00e1 el doble\nde la jornada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el gobierno kirchnerista era habitual que para estos\ncasos se establecieran feriados puente.
