{"id":3809,"date":"2019-08-06T19:40:04","date_gmt":"2019-08-06T22:40:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3809"},"modified":"2019-08-06T19:40:05","modified_gmt":"2019-08-06T22:40:05","slug":"piden-revocar-la-sentencia-al-cura-escobar-gaviria-por-corrupcion-de-menores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3809","title":{"rendered":"PIDEN REVOCAR LA SENTENCIA AL CURA ESCOBAR GAVIRIA POR CORRUPCI\u00d3N DE MENORES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El 4 de septiembre, la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal de Paran\u00e1,\ndar\u00e1 a conocer su veredicto en la apelaci\u00f3n de la sentencia a 25 a\u00f1os de\nprisi\u00f3n, impuesta al cura condenado por corrupci\u00f3n de menores reiterada y abuso\nagravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal de Paran\u00e1, dar\u00e1 a conocer el\nmi\u00e9rcoles 4 de septiembre, a las 12, su veredicto en la apelaci\u00f3n de la condena\na 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n impuesta al sacerdote, Juan Diego Escobar Gaviria, el 28\nde agosto de 2017 por el Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguay, por los\ndelitos \u00abpromoci\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n de menores reiterada (tres v\u00edctimas)\nagravada por la condici\u00f3n de guardador\u00bb y por \u00ababuso sexual simple\nagravado por ser cometido por ministro de culto\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una audiencia, celebrada este martes en los tribunales de\nParan\u00e1, el fiscal Jorge Gamal Taleb, solicit\u00f3 que esa sentencia quedara firme.\nMientras que Milton Urrutia, por la defensa del religioso, pidi\u00f3 que sea\nrevocada arguyendo su inocencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1mara, integrada por los jueces Marcela Davite, Marcela\nBadano y Hugo Perotti, fij\u00f3 esa fecha para la lectura de su fallo al responder\nla casaci\u00f3n presentada por la defensa del cura a cargo de Mar\u00eda Alejandra P\u00e9rez\ny Urrutia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes, los abogados hab\u00edan recurrido tambi\u00e9n la prisi\u00f3n\npreventiva que fue ratificada a su vez, por la misma C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal,\nque entendi\u00f3 entonces, que la medida deb\u00eda continuar por persistir el peligro\nde fuga del condenado que cumple sentencia en la Unidad Penal N\u00ba 5 de Victoria\nen Entre R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguay, que conden\u00f3 a Escobar Gaviria en 2017 estuvo integrado por Mar\u00eda Ang\u00e9lica Pivas, Roberto Javier Cadenas y Dar\u00edo Ernesto Crespo y lo hall\u00f3 material y penalmente responsable por los delitos de \u00abpromoci\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n de menores reiterada (tres v\u00edctimas) agravada por la condici\u00f3n de guardador\u00bb y por \u00ababuso sexual simple agravado por ser cometido por ministro de culto\u00bb que se conocieron en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: ElOnce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 4 de septiembre, la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal de Paran\u00e1, dar\u00e1 a conocer su veredicto en la apelaci\u00f3n de&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2950,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[65,1,69,350],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3809","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacados","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-policiales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
