Toledo dirigi\u00f3 durante\ndiez a\u00f1os el Monasterio de Nogoy\u00e1, y la causa se origin\u00f3 tras la acusaci\u00f3n\nrealizada por ex carmelitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Gualeguay dar\u00e1 a\nconocer este viernes su veredicto en el juicio que se le sigue a la religiosa\nLuisa Esther Toledo, imputada por privaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de la libertad y para\nquien, durante la lectura de los alegatos, realizada el viernes pasado, el\nfiscal solicit\u00f3 seis a\u00f1os y medio de prisi\u00f3n efectiva mientras que la defensa\npidi\u00f3 su absoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El veredicto del tribunal, integrado por Dar\u00edo Crespo, como presidente, Javier Cadenas y Alejandra G\u00f3mez, como segundo y tercer voto, se leer\u00e1 a las 8.30 y podr\u00e1 seguirse por el canal de YouTube del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Entre R\u00edos en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCboKgdqvrqnHLt1s4-PRDGQ\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCboKgdqvrqnHLt1s4-PRDGQ<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal est\u00e1 representado por el fiscal\nRodrigo Molinas y el fiscal general coordinador de esa jurisdicci\u00f3n, Gamal\nTaleb. La defensa de la religiosa imputada es ejercida por los abogados Miguel\n\u00c1ngel Cullen y Guillermo Vartorelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que el juicio a la monja Toledo fue impulsado\npor el juzgado de ejecuci\u00f3n y garant\u00edas de Nogoy\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los alegatos que se formularon el viernes 28 de\njunio, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal sostuvo la acusaci\u00f3n contra Toledo y\nsolicit\u00f3 que se la condene a seis a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n de cumplimiento\nefectivo sin perjuicio de lo que oportunamente determinar el Juzgado de\nEjecuci\u00f3n y Penas y Medidas de Seguridad atendiendo al estado de salud de la\nreligiosa. Al solicitar la condena, el Ministerio P\u00fablico la consider\u00f3 autora\ndel delito de privaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de la libertad, agravada por el uso de la\nviolencia y el tiempo de duraci\u00f3n de los hechos en concurso real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa, por su lado, solicit\u00f3 la absoluci\u00f3n de la monja\npor considerar que no est\u00e1 acreditada la materialidad de los hechos, y que se\nest\u00e1 ante un caso de atipicidad de la conducta dejando subsidiariamente\nplanteado, para el caso que el Tribunal considere, que se encuentren dados los\nelementos del tipo penal que su defendida no pudo entender que realizaba el\nacto il\u00edcito por haber obrado con un error invencible de prohibici\u00f3n teniendo\nen cuenta su condici\u00f3n y las normas por las que se rige el Monasterio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toledo dirigi\u00f3 durante diez a\u00f1os el Monasterio de la\nPrecios\u00edsima Sangre y Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Carmen, de Nogoy\u00e1, y la causa se\norigin\u00f3 el 25 de agosto de 2016 tras la acusaci\u00f3n en su contra realizada por ex\ncarmelitas.
