Entendemos que el cupo laboral\nes una prioridad estrat\u00e9gica para el colectivo, porque sostenemos que\nhist\u00f3ricamente el Estado y sus instituciones han reproducido e inclusive\nprofundizado las condiciones de exclusi\u00f3n y vulnerabilidad extrema que afectan\na nuestra poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abordar la tem\u00e1tica trava y trans desde las pol\u00edticas de\nempleo resulta central para avanzar en la efectiva inclusi\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n, sin\ndiscriminaci\u00f3n y en igualdad de condiciones en la sociedad. En este sentido,\nlas pol\u00edticas de promoci\u00f3n del trabajo digno deben reconocer las necesidades\nespec\u00edficas de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n que nos vimos sometida hist\u00f3ricamente al\nsistema prostibulario como \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para generar recursos y que somos\nespecialmente vulneradas por motivo vinculados por la orientaci\u00f3n sexual o\nidentidad de g\u00e9nero. Este proyecto es el reflejo de un trabajo colectivo entre\nnogoyaenses que entendimos que organizadamente y hablando nosotras mismas de lo\nque nos sucede, podemos revertir tantos a\u00f1os de abandono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Estado tiene la responsabilidad en la garant\u00eda de los\nderechos humanos de las personas independientemente de su identidad o expresi\u00f3n\nde g\u00e9nero y eso exige que el municipio de Nogoy\u00e1 legisle pertinentemente en la\nmateria y dise\u00f1e acciones positivas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que reviertan la\nsituaci\u00f3n socio-hist\u00f3rica de las personas travestis y trans de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es un primer paso que damos las travestis y las trans\nde Nogoy\u00e1 y somos consciente que tenemos que seguir luchando para conquistar\neste derecho, por lo cual nos resulta ineludible revisar qu\u00e9 estrategias pueden\nser puestas en pr\u00e1ctica para lograr la sanci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento efectivo que\nnos garantizar\u00e1 tener vidas m\u00e1s vivibles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del D\u00eda de la Lucha contra los Travesticidios y Transfemicidios, las travas y trans de Nogoy\u00e1 presentaron&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3488,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,69,349],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3484","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sincategoria","category-noticias","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
