{"id":3302,"date":"2019-06-18T23:46:19","date_gmt":"2019-06-19T02:46:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3302"},"modified":"2019-06-18T23:49:45","modified_gmt":"2019-06-19T02:49:45","slug":"realizaron-una-denuncia-en-nogoya-por-el-caso-del-cura-benavidez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3302","title":{"rendered":"REALIZARON UNA DENUNCIA EN NOGOYA POR EL CASO DEL CURA BENAVIDEZ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Confirmado\npor fuentes oficiales un masculino mayor de edad realiz\u00f3 una denuncia en\ndependencia de la localidad aduciendo haber recibido dinero en efectivo a\ncambio de pr\u00e1cticas sexuales con el religioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que hace algunos d\u00edas comenzara con una grave acusaci\u00f3n realizada en un posteo de redes sociales por parte de un comunicador social de esta localidad quien refer\u00eda a \u201cTERRIBLE CASO DE PEDOFILIA EN NOGOYA\u201d fue tomando otros ribetes cuando el mismo Fiscal Uriburu tom\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n al solo efecto de tener pruebas referente a la intervenci\u00f3n de menores ante la gravedad del posteo, para lo cual hasta la fecha no se hab\u00edan recepcionado denuncia alguna ni existen hasta el momento indicios en cuanto a esa aseveraci\u00f3n, tal as\u00ed que el mismo comunicador opto por eliminar ese posteo y reemplazarlo por otro en el que se manifiestan situaciones que \u201cinvolucran a dicho p\u00e1rroco, en cuestiones realmente indignantes, exhibiciones obscenas, acoso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"628\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-14-at-10.57.56.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-14-at-10.57.56.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-14-at-10.57.56-300x262.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"523\" height=\"537\" src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Posteo-Nuevo-Medrano.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Posteo-Nuevo-Medrano.jpg 523w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Posteo-Nuevo-Medrano-292x300.jpg 292w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 523px) 100vw, 523px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En la noche\nde hoy se pudo conocer que el \u201cmedi\u00e1tico changar\u00edn\u201d se present\u00f3 como &nbsp;denunciante habiendo manifestado que a fines\nde febrero de este a\u00f1o habr\u00eda recibido la suma de mil pesos a cambio de pr\u00e1cticas\nsexuales con Carlos, el Cura P\u00e1rroco de la Capilla San Ram\u00f3n de la Villa 3 de\nFebrero, dando detalles minuciosos de tal situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultadas\na fuentes tribunalicias en cuanto a la tipificaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan delito en la\nmencionada exposici\u00f3n dan cuenta que no existen al momento elementos que hagan pensar\nque no hubo autonom\u00eda en la voluntad, un hecho que fue por decisi\u00f3n libre entre\npersonas mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n entre religi\u00f3n y sexualidad implica una moral sexual, entendida no tanto como parte de la moral general o com\u00fan a todos, sino como la parte de la moral religiosa que implica restricciones u obligaciones al comportamiento sexual humano.
