En el\ntexto, advirti\u00f3 que la m\u00e9dica \u201c<strong>Roc\u00edo\nComelli<\/strong> firm\u00f3 un contrato por 15 horas semanales\u201d y debe cumplir \u201ctaxativamente\nla norma que emana del Decreto 426\/19, m\u00e1s precisamente los art\u00edculos 4 y 7 y\nla Resoluci\u00f3n 1590\/19 del CGE Art\u00edculo 1 inciso e\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs su deber como funcionario p\u00fablico la responsabilidad\neducativa del departamento Nogoy\u00e1 y evitar la vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos de los\ntrabajadores. Advierto que el incumplimiento podr\u00eda generar mayores problemas\nde salud en los docentes por asistir en su per\u00edodo de licencia a la oficina\nDepartamental\u201d, marc\u00f3 el dirigente gremial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego acot\u00f3: <strong><em>\u201cEn caso de que alg\u00fan trabajador sufra\nalguna descompensaci\u00f3n o se agrave su salud por salir de su domicilio cuando\nest\u00e1 en uso de licencia, ser\u00e1 usted pasible de sanciones.
