{"id":3246,"date":"2019-06-14T18:45:50","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T21:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3246"},"modified":"2019-06-14T18:48:20","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T21:48:20","slug":"la-iglesia-sigue-siendo-noticia-en-el-ambito-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=3246","title":{"rendered":"LA IGLESIA SIGUE SIENDO NOTICIA EN EL \u00c1MBITO JUDICIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Entrevista con el Dr. Federico Uriburu, Unidad Fiscal de Nogoya para informar respecto de publicaciones por parte de un comunicador social en la red social facebook en donde se daban cuenta de actitudes inadecuadas de \u00edndole sexual que involucra a un Cura P\u00e1rroco de la ciudad que fue trasladado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AIRE #MxV Dr. Federico Uriburu UFI Nogoya - Causas en el Cl\u00e9rigo\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cjtdtuJpNZ8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez actualizar informaci\u00f3n referente al Juicio que se esta llevando a cabo a  Luisa Toledo, quien  fuera superiora del convento <strong>Carmelitas Descalzas de Nogoy\u00e1<\/strong>,\u00a0  denunciada por privaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de la libertad, tormentos y torturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo conocer informaci\u00f3n en referencia  a la realizaci\u00f3n este viernes de la audiencia para tratar el pedido de revocaci\u00f3n de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva en la c\u00e1rcel del cura Juan Diego Escobar Gaviria  quien est\u00e1 cumpliendo prisi\u00f3n en la Unidad Penal N\u00ba 7 de Victoria, donde fue alojado luego de ser encontrado responsable de abusos sexuales infantiles mientras ejerc\u00eda su sacerdocio en la Iglesia de Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez. El Tribunal de Juicios y Apelaciones de Gualeguay lo conden\u00f3 en septiembre de 2017 a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"http:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Cecilia-Goyeneche-1.mp3\"><\/audio><figcaption> Procuradora Adjunta <strong>Cecilia Goyeneche<\/strong> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00abCada parte plante\u00f3 su postura. Los defensores pidieron que se lo excarcele o que se le d\u00e9 prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria. Nosotros nos oponemos y consideramos que debe seguir en la Unidad Penal, atento a los antecedentes del caso. El tribunal no ha resuelto. Inform\u00f3 que dictar\u00e1 sentencia el 4 de julio a mediod\u00eda\u00bb, dijo la procuradora adjunta, <strong>Cecilia Goyeneche<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria dio cuenta de que el sacerdote \u00abcuando estuvo en libertad modific\u00f3 su lugar de residencia, con lo cual se demostr\u00f3 que no tiene ning\u00fan tipo de arraigo para seguir viviendo en Argentina. Luego se le revoc\u00f3 la libertad porque se comprob\u00f3 que se hab\u00eda contactado con las v\u00edctimas. Esas situaciones no se han modificado y los riesgos siguen vigentes\u00bb, argument\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNo hay motivo para modificar su situaci\u00f3n.
