El presidente municipal, Rafael Cavagna, viaj\u00f3 a la Capital Federal para gestionar mediante la presentaci\u00f3n nota ante el Tribunal Federal N\u00ba 4, m\u00e1s conocido como Comodo Py. Dicha acci\u00f3n tiene el objetivo de solicitar maquinaria o veh\u00edculo secuestrados por la Justicia en el marco de la causa \u201cB\u00e1ez, L\u00e1zaro Antonio y otros s\/ encubrimiento y otros Causa 262, (3017\/2013\/T02)\u201d.<\/p>\n

En di\u00e1logo con este medio, el presidente municipal, coment\u00f3: \u201cEstamos gestionando una maquinaria y reiterando tal pedido en el marco de depositario judicial, con el objetivo de que sea utilizada con fines p\u00fablicos dentro de la jurisdicci\u00f3n municipal. Hemos realizado gestiones similares con resultados positivos en la Justicia Federal de Entre R\u00edos, en Paran\u00e1, por lo cual estamos muy confiados\u201d.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, detall\u00f3: \u201cHemos solicitado una retroexcavadora para cumplir objetivos institucionales, para remediaci\u00f3n de caminos rurales y para abordar en general distintas actividades de la gesti\u00f3n, siempre en beneficios de nuestros vecinos\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, manifest\u00f3: \u201cVamos a lograr esta gesti\u00f3n para todos los nogoyaenses porque consideramos que vendr\u00e1 a potenciar la flota de maquinarias que ya es de suma consideraci\u00f3n. Asumimos trabajar intensamente y con compromiso, tal y como lo venimos haciendo, siempre con un sentido cr\u00edtico y poniendo en consideraci\u00f3n los instrumentos institucionales municipales\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n
