{"id":12497,"date":"2026-04-24T20:00:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T23:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=12497"},"modified":"2026-04-24T20:00:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T23:00:15","slug":"la-provincia-firmo-convenio-con-11-localidades-para-fortalecer-la-planificacion-territorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=12497","title":{"rendered":"La provincia firm\u00f3 convenio con 11 localidades para fortalecer la planificaci\u00f3n territorial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>El gobierno de\u00a0Entre\u00a0 R\u00edos suscribi\u00f3 un convenio con 11 localidades de los departamentos Nogoy\u00e1, Diamante y Victoria, para implementar en un \u00e1mbito com\u00fan herramientas y metodolog\u00edas, que buscan fortalecer la planificaci\u00f3n territorial y promover un desarrollo urbano ordenado y sostenible a escala micro regional.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa tiene como objetivo realizar diagn\u00f3sticos urbanos, definir lineamientos estrat\u00e9gicos y construir una cartera de proyectos que oriente la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada en el conjunto de las localidades. El trabajo se desarrolla de manera articulada entre las secretar\u00edas de Planificaci\u00f3n e Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica; de Gobiernos Locales y de Participaci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana, en conjunto con los gobiernos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un encuentro en la ciudad de Nogoy\u00e1, donde se presentaron los principales lineamientos del programa y se concret\u00f3 la firma de un convenio marco entre el gobierno de la Provincia y los municipios de Nogoy\u00e1, Aranguren, Hern\u00e1ndez, Lucas Gonz\u00e1lez y General Ram\u00edrez, junto a las comunas de 20 de Septiembre, Gobernador Febre, Betbeder, Estaci\u00f3n Camps, Antelo y la Junta de Gobierno Aldea San Miguel.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/planificacion-territorial1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12499\" style=\"width:265px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/planificacion-territorial1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/planificacion-territorial1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>El secretario de Planificaci\u00f3n e Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica, dependiente del Ministerio de Planeamiento e Infraestructura, Luis Uriona, destac\u00f3 que <em>\u00abplanificar el territorio es fundamental para superar la l\u00f3gica de la urgencia y avanzar hacia un desarrollo estrat\u00e9gico. Este programa promueve el trabajo conjunto entre la provincia, los municipios, comunas y juntas, mediante espacios participativos para definir prioridades y coordinar acciones. S\u00f3lo a partir de la organizaci\u00f3n y de un Estado que articule esfuerzos con el sector privado es posible llevar adelante mejoras que sean sostenibles\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la secretaria de Participaci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Valentina G\u00f6tte, sostuvo que \u00abuna ciudad funciona y proyecta mejor cuando incorpora la voz de quienes la habitan. Los ciudadanos conocen su din\u00e1mica real y son actores fundamentales para proyectar un desarrollo m\u00e1s acertado y sostenible\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el secretario de Gobiernos Locales, Ricardo Vales, reforz\u00f3 la idea de que cada localidad necesita pensarse en relaci\u00f3n con las dem\u00e1s para proyectar el futuro. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de planificar un desarrollo estrat\u00e9gico que solo puede ser exitoso si se lleva adelante con la participaci\u00f3n de todos los actores.
