El acto se desarroll\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles al mediod\u00eda en el recinto de la C\u00e1mara de Senadores.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Acto de Jura de los miembros del Jurado de Enjuiciamiento bienio 2026\/2027\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c6qfR47-zPw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Jurado de Enjuiciamiento es un \u00f3rgano constitucional que est\u00e1 integrado por tres miembros del Superior Tribunal, dos legisladores, y dos abogados de la matr\u00edcula provincial (titulares y suplentes). El Jurado es el encargado de evaluar las faltas o delitos cometidos en el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones por parte de funcionarios que tienen estabilidad constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Juramento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como lo establece el art\u00edculo 7\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b09283, los jurados titulares y suplentes prestaron juramento ante la presidente del Honorable Senado de la Provincia, Alicia Aluani. Estuvo asistida por el secretario de C\u00e1mara de Senadores, Sergio Avero y la prosecretaria, Sara Foletto. El acto se desarroll\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles al mediod\u00eda en el recinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del Superior Tribunal de la Provincia, juraron como miembros los vocales Dra. Susana Medina, Dr. Leandro Portela y Dr. Carlos Federico Tepsich; en tanto que la Dra. Gisela Nerea Schumacher, la Dra. Claudia M\u00f3nica Mizawak (ausente)&nbsp; y el Dr. Daniel Omar Carubia, como suplentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del Senado, lo hicieron como titular la senadora Gladys Dom\u00ednguez y como suplente, su par el senador Rafael Cavagna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de Diputados, Alcides Marcelo L\u00f3pez como titular y como suplente, su par Susana Alejandra Martina P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda de Entre R\u00edos, el Dr. Gonzalo Alejandro Garc\u00eda Garro y la Dra.
