El evento tiene lugar en el anfiteatro Pancho Ram\u00edrez y se extender\u00e1 hasta el domingo 8 de febrero, consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las expresiones culturales m\u00e1s representativas del litoral argentino y un fuerte atractivo para el turismo regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto inaugural, Frigerio puso en valor la historia y la esencia del festival, al recordar que hace cinco d\u00e9cadas un grupo de vecinos de Federal impuls\u00f3 la iniciativa que dio origen a esta celebraci\u00f3n. Remarc\u00f3 que se trata del \u00fanico festival del pa\u00eds que conserva una identidad plenamente chamamecera y subray\u00f3 el rol de la m\u00fasica litorale\u00f1a como parte constitutiva de la identidad entrerriana. En ese sentido, sostuvo que el chamam\u00e9 refleja la cultura del trabajo, el esfuerzo y tambi\u00e9n la capacidad de disfrutar la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la intendenta Alicia Oviedo dio la bienvenida a vecinos y visitantes, y defini\u00f3 a Federal como el coraz\u00f3n chamamecero de la provincia. Invit\u00f3 a vivir el festival como una fiesta familiar y record\u00f3 que las actividades vinculadas al evento comenzaron hace m\u00e1s de una semana.
