{"id":11724,"date":"2025-05-20T18:38:15","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T21:38:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=11724"},"modified":"2025-05-20T18:38:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T21:38:16","slug":"iapv-con-agenda-en-nogoya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=11724","title":{"rendered":"IAPV con agenda en Nogoy\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El presidente del Instituto Aut\u00e1rquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda (IAPV), Manuel Sch\u00f6nhals, mantuvo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con el intendente de Nogoy\u00e1, Bernardo Schneider, en la que se abordaron estrategias para fortalecer la pol\u00edtica habitacional en la localidad.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en la sede del municipio de Nogoy\u00e1 y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la viceintendenta Desiree Pe\u00f1aloza, el subsecretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Beltr\u00e1n Lora, y la coordinadora de Desarrollo Social, Melisa Acevedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, Sch\u00f6nhals inform\u00f3 que se analiz\u00f3 el avance en la firma de un convenio que permitir\u00e1 realizar relevamientos en barrios construidos por el IAPV, con el objetivo de su regularizaci\u00f3n dominial. En este marco, el municipio se encargar\u00e1 del trabajo en territorio, mientras que el organismo provincial brindar\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal y la instrumentaci\u00f3n de los documentos necesarios para llevar adelante el relevamiento, que comenzar\u00e1 por el barrio 130 Viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SCHONHALS-LORA-SCHNEIDER.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11726\" style=\"width:337px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SCHONHALS-LORA-SCHNEIDER.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SCHONHALS-LORA-SCHNEIDER-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se dialog\u00f3 sobre la posibilidad de acceder a la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas viviendas mediante una modalidad que contempla la participaci\u00f3n de los adjudicatarios a trav\u00e9s del sistema de ahorro previo a la ejecuci\u00f3n. En este sentido, el municipio asumi\u00f3 el compromiso de dotar al predio correspondiente con la infraestructura b\u00e1sica necesaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se inform\u00f3 a las autoridades municipales sobre la incorporaci\u00f3n de Nogoy\u00e1 al Plan Base, una iniciativa que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ministerio de Gobierno y la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n, alcanza a diez localidades de la provincia.
